We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location within the resort grounds but a little bit distanced from the main resort activity was great, just an easy walk or golf cart ride away. Privacy and easy access to restaurants and the resort was perfect for my family. Would love to stay here again!

Everything was great - Host and their team very responsive. Even emailed us after a quick storm blew through - to make sure we we were ok, and if we needed anything. Will definitely return!

Weekend Rio Mar Stay

Excellent property and location. Kitchen fully equipped and very close drive- golf cart included- to beach. If visiting summer months be aware there is no A/C- although plenty of ceiling fans and portable fans provided. For our adult kids after a day in the sun they would have preferred a cooler room to sleep but it was not as hot as would’ve expected.

Perfect Location for our Family Stay

Settling back in from a WONDERFUL stay! The villa was outstanding in all ways and a perfect location for our family. Our children ages 14, 19 and 21 enjoyed having the freedom to come and go within the resort using the golf cart while having the convenience of a beautiful "home base". We will absolutely keep another stay in our future plans.

perfect family get away

We loved out trip! Spacious for our family and perfectly appointed. Our kids loved getting around the property with the golf cart and had a blast in the ocean. Warm water and gentle waves. Would definitely return. Eliott was a very responsive and helpful host!

Unforgettable Stay

What a fantastic location with the private beach, El Yunque, Old San Juan and so many more great destinations near by. We will never forget the nightly refreshing sea breeze, fun golf cart rides to the beach, & beautiful grounds. The Property Management was professional and very helpful. We look forward to returning one day.

Most Exquisite Villa

Beautiful villa, excellent location for getting to many attractions and sights. The Cluster 2 pool is bigger than expected. Tennis facilities are a bit expensive but worth it to play on clay courts. The property manager responded quickly to all questions.

Beautiful Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Lydia, the property manager was very helpful during our stay. The villa was very comfortable, clean, and it was a great place to call home for a week. It felt rustic, yet modern and we really enjoyed the other amenities within the resort. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed visiting El Yunque which was just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

The Villa was beautiful. I didn’t do my research as I usually do because this Villa didn’t have air conditioner. It was a hot week so we were pretty miserable in the evenings and while trying to sleep. I think this is pretty important for people to know before making reservations.

Beautiful villa, beautiful view, very peaceful, extremely comfortable rooms, and great living area. Full kitchen and bbq in the balcony. We love the fact that there is no tv and AC. It was a great three nights of connecting with the family and the environment around us. What a treat!
