Profitez de vos vacances dans notre maison mise Ă  jour sur une route pavĂ©e tranquille pavĂ©e. Une cuisine de chef vous attend avec une grande Ăźle pour se rassembler avec vue sur le salon ouvert et la salle Ă  manger oĂč vous pourrez vous rĂ©chauffer prĂšs de la cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Suite parentale privĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage, avec 4 autres chambres.

Regardez les couchers de soleil dans les chaises Adirondack sur la plage, quai ou juste en face du porche. Beaucoup de chaises longues entourent la nouvelle piscine creusée.
Profitez du lac et utilisez le pédalo et 2 kayaks disponibles.

Il y a plusieurs grandes attractions à proximité.
Watkins Glen offre de nombreuses grandes attractions; y compris le 3Ăšme meilleur parc aux Etats-Unis.

Notre maison est située au coeur du pays du vin avec plusieurs vignobles à proximité. Nous avons également quelques brasseries et distilleries locales dans les environs.

Absolutely amazing! The property was spotless and very welcoming. We travel a lot and this has been by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Jill was very responsive and really nice. The sunsets are breath taking on the lake. The pictures of this home does not do it justice. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your property!

This was our first time visiting the Fingerlakes and we had a great time. We typically rent in the Poconos, and we were happy that the Fingerlakes has so much more to do. The house was a great size for our group. The short walk to the water was easy and the dock was great. I wish it would have been warmer when we were there so we really could have enjoyed the water and the pool. My kids used the playground and basketball hoop a lot instead. We did rent a pontoon boat from the local marina and that was a blast. We liked the updated bathroom on the main floor, and the basement seems new as well. The home could use some updated amenities though like new bedding, pillows and towels, and having things like shampoo/conditioner included. We rent a lot and that has become standard elsewhere and for the price of this rental I would have expected those. Minor changes that make a big difference but overall a good trip.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. The house is large and well equipped. Plenty of room for our whole family. Very clean. The large dining room table fit all of us for dinner. There was also plenty of table space for outdoor dining. Our only complaint was that we would have liked a king bed in the master suite which is what we are accustomed to. The kids did not want to leave!

We have stayed in many places around the Finger Lake region and this is by far our favorite. This was our second time staying here and we plan on coming back next summer. The hosts are amazing! The house itself is beautiful and VERY clean. Our family loves the quiet neighborhood and the location. We can’t say enough good things about it and can’t wait to visit again!

First family lake trip

Planned a fishing trip for the grandsons and chartered with Roy’s Boys (home owner recommended) and it was perfect. 6 grandkids ranging from 23 months to age 16. Plenty of places to sleep, easy access to the lake, not a lot of traffic, and plenty for the kids to do with games, basketball hoop, swingset, etc. We loved having the huge kitchen and large livingroom. Views from the front porch and dock were perfect. We didn’t use the pool because we were there in early/mid May but I’m sure it would have been used hard by the kids. Loved our family time there.

Friends reunion

Friends gathering to celebrate meeting on trip to Italy. Decided to do a reunion in the Finger Lakes. The house was in a great location and perfect for the 10 of us to reunite. We did a sailing trip on Truelove Schooner on Seneca Lake and did a brewery / winery tour. So many very close to this location. The house was large with many gathering areas, clean and comfortable. Perfect for socializing and catching up. Great fire pit on the lake. Jill was great with answering questions in a timely and complete fashion and very welcoming. We are already talking about going back again. More great memories created on this trip.

Lake vacation

Not the most modern and updated,but that's not what we wanted. Great kitchen, lots of space to gather both indoors and out, perfect bedroom situations for our family, and a wonderful view of the lake. Jill was always prompt in responding to questions.

Family reunion

We were a group of 7 adults - cousins & spouses - who came to the Finger Lakes for a reunion. The house was great, and we all had a terrific time. The house is very well suited for a large group, with plenty of bedrooms and ample space to gather and talk. The kitchen was big and bright. We didn’t cook but it had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and the outdoor space was wonderful. We spent several nights on the dock drinking wine & watching the sunset. Jill was a fabulous host. I had several questions and she responded promptly to every single one! This is the house you want for your group!

Could not pick a better Host or location!

Location was perfect. Everything as promised and more. This was a vacation to reset and relax and we were able to do just. On the lake, incredible sunsets, pool was large and perfect temp, plenty of space for outdoor games. For inclement weather the home is spacious with plenty to do. However, we had 7 days of great weather. Every day your private dock and firepit on the water provided an incredible sunset. Most important, our host Jill was always accomodating and great to communicate with. We travel often and I'm scoring this stay: 5 stars! The Bouchane's

Great place to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday and family reunion

This was our first family reunion since COViD and also my Dad’s 75th birthday celebration. Our family rented 2 houses on Lake Seneca, one of them was this house. It was a great place to have a family barbecue, get the kids together with the playard outside and enough space for our family to hang and celebrate. We cooked a lot and also grilled. The hosts were great with communication as well. They were very prompt when the wifi went out and also replaced our bbq gas tank right away when we started bbqing and realized that they was no gas! The pool was too cold for us so we didn’t use it but was a great area to hang out by. Overall a great experience.

Loved this property!

We had an amazing time at this property. I wish we stayed an extra day just to hang out on the property. Beautiful, spacious and clean. I would come back immediately. While it was a girls trip, I could see this also being perfect for a family vacation as well. Loved the home and the host was always fast to respond leading up and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Private resort amidst NY Finger Lakes wineries and distilleries

Wonderful home, property, neighborhood, host 
 all the elements for a perfect Cornell reunion for 11 old friends. Enjoyed the pool, lake, kayaks, dock, fire pit, nearby park walking trails, big dining table, porch sunsets

Wonderful Seneca Lake Stay

This was a wonderful clean, modern and hospitable home with a terrific swimming pool and beach access. Tough to get the kids out of the pool to head to the beach but after they discovered the kayaks they split their time. Plenty of other things to do including biking, winery visits, hiking and relaxing. s

A little about me, I work for eCornell and have focused most of my efforts there on our hospitality programs offered from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. I earned my Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and am honored to take the skill sets I have learned in this program and use it to provide hospitality to our guest.

My husband and I live right next door to this home and enjoy living the lake life and want our guests to experience the best of lake life as well.
We purchased this home from my brother and sister-in-law when they had to move out of state to keep this home in our family. We live next door and hope to one day have our son or daughter living next door to us. As this is our family home we take great care in keeping the home in great condition.

With this home you will have plenty of room to gather but also spread out, there is a yard for the kids to play in, a pool to enjoy in the summer months, and lake and dock to take in the amazing sunsets.
We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes making us close to many wineries, breweries, and other attractions. Being on the east side of Seneca Lake the views of the sunset are breathtaking!
