Profitez de vos vacances dans notre maison mise à jour sur une route pavée tranquille pavée. Une cuisine de chef vous attend avec une grande île pour se rassembler avec vue sur le salon ouvert et la salle à manger où vous pourrez vous réchauffer près de la cheminée à gaz et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Suite parentale privée au dernier étage, avec 4 autres chambres.

Regardez les couchers de soleil dans les chaises Adirondack sur la plage, quai ou juste en face du porche. Beaucoup de chaises longues entourent la nouvelle piscine creusée.
Profitez du lac et utilisez le pédalo et 2 kayaks disponibles.

Il y a plusieurs grandes attractions à proximité.
Watkins Glen offre de nombreuses grandes attractions; y compris le 3ème meilleur parc aux Etats-Unis.
Ithaca est une grande ville avec de nombreux excellents restaurants et la maison de Cornell University et Ithaca College.

Notre maison est située au coeur du pays du vin avec plusieurs vignobles à proximité. Nous avons également quelques brasseries et distilleries locales dans les environs.

Les parcours de golf de l'État de Bonavista se trouvent à moins de 3,2 km.

Moins d'un mile 1/4 où la route se termine est un excellent sentier pédestre et cycliste dans le parc d'État de Sampson.

Waterloo Premium Outlets est à moins de 40 km pour une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle.

Del Lago Casino est à environ 25 miles de la maison, offrant des divertissements, des restaurants, des machines à sous et autres jeux d'argent.

Great place to spend a relaxing weekend with friends. Everyone loved the front porch and watching the sunset over the lake. The hot tub was also a hit.

A perfect getaway for the week! The home was more than spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids and the pool area was a hit with everyone. Jill was very communicative and answered all my questions promptly. The lake is right across the street from the house and was easy to walk to when we wanted to sit on the dock. The house had everything we needed (including a high chair and well stocked kitchen)! If we ever venture back to the area we'll be sure to check if the house is available again.

We have stayed in many places around the Finger Lake region and this is by far our favorite. This was our second time staying here and we plan on coming back next summer. The hosts are amazing! The house itself is beautiful and VERY clean. Our family loves the quiet neighborhood and the location. We can’t say enough good things about it and can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely amazing! The property was spotless and very welcoming. We travel a lot and this has been by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Jill was very responsive and really nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. The house is large and well equipped. Plenty of room for our whole family. Very clean. The large dining room table fit all of us for dinner. There was also plenty of table space for outdoor dining. Our only complaint was that we would have liked a king bed in the master suite which is what we are accustomed to. The kids did not want to leave!

Perfect location for a family!!!!

House was perfect for our growing family. Enjoyed the outside space especially with the pool. We enjoyed sitting at the lake with a fire in the evening. It’s located on a quiet street yet very close to the wineries, breweries etc. we will definitely return!!!!

Perfect family vacation. Property was even better than expected. Exceptionally clean. Weather wasn’t great but it didn’t spoil our time away. We’re already making plans to come again!

First family lake trip

Planned a fishing trip for the grandsons and chartered with Roy’s Boys (home owner recommended) and it was perfect. 6 grandkids ranging from 23 months to age 16. Plenty of places to sleep, easy access to the lake, not a lot of traffic, and plenty for the kids to do with games, basketball hoop, swingset, etc. We loved having the huge kitchen and large livingroom. Views from the front porch and dock were perfect. We didn’t use the pool because we were there in early/mid May but I’m sure it would have been used hard by the kids. Loved our family time there.

Absolutely wonderful place for family vacation.

There was so much space and it was so comfortable for my family which ranged in age from 16 to 92. This is our second stay at the house. I could not believe how fast the owner responded to my questions on the first day. I hope we can return. Loved it!

Lake house stay

The house was a perfect size and perfectly laid out for my group! The kitchen was large enough to cook for 12 in and enjoy all together. We really enjoyed the dock and kayaks provided- such a great added bonus with a beautiful view. We winery toured all day and enjoyed the grill, outdoor patio area, and fire pit at night. Lake vacation

Not the most modern and updated,but that's not what we wanted. Great kitchen, lots of space to gather both indoors and out, perfect bedroom situations for our family, and a wonderful view of the lake. Jill was always prompt in responding to questions.

A little about me, I work for eCornell and have focused most of my efforts there on our hospitality programs offered from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. I earned my Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and am honored to take the skill sets I have learned in this program and use it to provide hospitality to our guest.

My husband and I live right next door to this home and enjoy living the lake life and want our guests to experience the best of lake life as well.
We purchased this home from my brother and sister-in-law when they had to move out of state to keep this home in our family. We live next door and hope to one day have our son or daughter living next door to us. As this is our family home we take great care in keeping the home in great condition.

With this home you will have plenty of room to gather but also spread out, there is a yard for the kids to play in, a pool to enjoy in the summer months, and lake and dock to take in the amazing sunsets.
We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes making us close to many wineries, breweries, and other attractions. Being on the east side of Seneca Lake the views of the sunset are breathtaking!
