Restez assez près pour marcher jusqu'aux galeries d'art, restaurants et plages du centre-ville, mais assez loin pour laisser la foule derrière vous. Méditez dans notre paisible jardin de rocaille avec cascade saisonnière pour améliorer encore votre expérience.

Le premier étage dispose d'un coin salon avec canapé / couchette; cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, commodités et comptoirs en granit; terrasse avec un gril à gaz, salle de bain complète avec douche surdimensionnée. Le deuxième étage comprend un lit queen-size avec un salon qui s'ouvre sur un balcon avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Le parking sur place pour une voiture donne aux clients un accès privé.

Impeccably clean and in a great location. Host lives next door. It was Thanksgiving week and much of the town was closed but we were there to see family so that really did not matter. Plenty of good restos nearby.

We loved staying here! Perfect location and the cottage was adorable. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a full length mirror in the house, which for three women is ideal for getting ready, but again, so minor compared to everything else the home had to offer!

We had a great stay Dianne was a great host song with her son in law that set us up very sweet ppl.... cottage had everything possible u need as well as for cooking too just bring urself n personal belongings.... balcony view of the ocean so pretty can't wait to come back in the summer tho when its warm... thank u for the stay

Fantastic home and hosts

1st time to Rockport and was SO happy to find this place. The views are fantastic, and loved waking up or reading by such wonderful ocean views. The unit is cute, Diane and JP are wonderful hosts. I will definitely plan to stay here on my next visit to the area and have already recommended it to friends.

Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had all the utilities except a stove, which was not needed as there were every other appliance you would want, including 2 hot plates, toaster/air fryer oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot & plenty of pans, bowls, plates, etc.

Lovely cottage

Perfect spot for a couple. The gardens are beautiful and each deck was a treat. Nice location for walks to either area beaches or granite pier. Easy drive to other Cape Ann communities and larger beaches (i.e. Crane in Ipswich).

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage. It is very nicely decorated and a perfect cozy cottage for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the ocean views from the top balcony with morning coffee. Our hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations.
