Located on 127th street bayside, this townhome offers a quiet stay close to the beautiful Northside Park (4th of July Fireworks!!), while still only a short walk to the beach. Be sure to check out the park's walking paths and fishing pier, as well as their event schedule as they feature concerts and fireworks throughout the summer.

After a day at the beach, feel free to use the community pool or enjoy on of the many restaurants nearby. Some sun-free fun nearby include mini golf and a movie theatre located just a few streets away.

Please keep in mind when booking that this is 3rd story townhome with NO elevator.

The condo was updated, comfortable, and clean. It served as a perfect base of operations for attending a music festival and exploring OC. We had a question about using the shower system and the owner responded immediately and even showed up in person to help us. It was a great value and experience.

My daughter and I came and stayed at this cute little vrbo for a lacrosse tournament. It was so close to the location we could walk to the games and it was central to restaurants. Upon entry, it was beautifully finished and had a dedicated living room and bedroom (upstairs). The layout was comfortable and as were the beds.

The decor and cleanliness of the property was great! Easy access to many desirable food places. The hosts were communicative and easily accessible. Great spot!

The condo is nicely renovated and modern. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to several good restaurants. The nearby beach is relatively quiet as well. Erin is a very attentive and conscientious host. The only negative I can think of is the lack of an elevator building. The condo is on the third floor, do you have to carry your bags up three flights of stairs.

Perfect for a city getaway

Erin was amazing as a host. Super responsive and helped troubleshooting some minor AC issues. It was lovely to be able to sit outside while it was raining. There are tons to eat, but the beach wasn't so busy that it was hard to find a spot. Parking was easy and the place was easy to find. The apartment itself was super clean and well cared for.

As Advertised!

We loved how close to the beach we were and the other stores in the area (the bagel place was amazing)! The space was also exactly as advertised, with the rooms and amenities looking like they did in the pictures. The only downside was that multiple towels had stains on them, as well as the pullout bed (tiny stain in the corner). Other than that, the listing seemed very clean and it was generally a great place to relax in. Would recommend to friends and family!

Over everything was wonderful. Erin was amazing. However having kids my husband and I were hoping for cleaning supplies amd a vacuum. There was popcorn upstairs and we didn't eat upstairs. But I would rate this stay a 10. We definitely will be staying again! Syper close walk to everything. Thanks Erin! ❤️

I really enjoyed this rental experience. The location is great. Less than a 10 minute walk to a lightly populated beach front and many other local amenities. The condo itself was very nicely finished and clean, and appears to be recently remodeled with nice finishes throughout. It was a great size for a small family. The condo pool was actually quite nice too and we were able to enjoy it. Everything within the owner’s control was perfect. The balcony left a little to be desired largely because the commercial tenants behind the condo property were loud and could do more to keep the area clean. The condo management should lobby for this. Again, totally beyond the owners control and not a major issue anyway.
