Welcome to this 4-bed Modern Desert Oasis home (sleeps up to 8 people). Soak up the sun in the beautiful yard with private hot tub, pool, turf, BBQ grill, lounge chairs and more. The gorgeous kitchen boasts new appliances and a large quartz island for cooking or hosting. There are 2 full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace for those WFH days, a washer and dryer and free driveway parking for your convenience. This home is only 15 mins to the Strip and 10 mins to the Airport. This place has it all.

Notes:

The host is not liable for any injury or death on the premise. Please use the amenities like the hot tub and pool safely.

Pool will be covered with a solar cover during the winter months, December to April, due to the colder temperatures. The hot tub is available for use year round, heated up to 104 degrees.

This is a perfect little place to hang out before we went to Cowabunga the next morning. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids.

Nice space for a relaxing week!

Property was clean, amenities were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and the backyard is a nice spot to relax in. Perfect for a nice week with friends as we toured Las Vegas and the surrounding area.

Great place to stay!

Very clean. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. The only negative was that the hot tub chemicals were strong and caused our eyes to water and burn. Would stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

This was a great place to stay. We had an issue with the hot tub upon arrival and was fixed the next day. House was very clean and comfortable. Backyard was great for hanging around at night and relaxing in the hot tub. Hostess was very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Amazing Vacation

My partner and I had an awesome time in this beautiful home! The backyard is an awesome hangout, I was able to make a great dinner on the grill. Overall we enjoyed this experience so much and would be glad to stay again. 10/10!

Nice place

Our stay was good for the most part, the refrigerator was out for the most of the trip and we had to keep our refrigerated food frozen. However Lucy did have someone come out to fix it and offered options in the mean time, the outside swings are broken so be careful, my daughter fell pretty hard , and the pool was stained and stairs to pool are very shaky so have someone hold them while you get in. but the pool guy did come during our stay over all nice home, quite neighborhood.

Clean and comfy home with nice backyard

I stayed in Vegas for 2 nights with my friend and sister and we loved this home! The beds were comfy and the home was clean. There is a nice space to hang out in the backyard and there is a grocery store and fast food within walking distance. Would highly recommend!
