What a lovely lakeside stay. The house was great, totally comfortable, and had so many things we needed to enjoy the lake. We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view of the lake. The paddleboat and rowboat were definitely the highlight. Great dock which allowed for plenty of room for all of us to fish from. Thanks again for sharing your home!!

Loved the location on the lake. Very scenic. Very nice to have a paddle boat and kayaks. House had everything we needed. Nice size. Only issue was the mattresses were a little uncomfortable .

The location of the property was excellent. It provided a gorgeous view of the lake. The two level deck was huge and well gated. The house would comfortable for any season. Wished for a second bathroom but they are hard to come by with the same proximity to the lake. The host responded quickly when contacted. We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend on Lake Kinderhook.

The house was situated on the shore of a beautiful lake, we had access to a kayak and the peddle boat which was alot of fun. The inside of the house was comfortable with the 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, several recliners facing the TV and views of the lake. We hung out on the dock and one night had a fire in the firepit. We found several conveniences close by like Hannaford's grocery store, ice cream shop, a farm market with awesome BBQ, and not far from the highway.Overall we had a fun relaxing stay and the host was prompt with returning messages.

Very relaxing location. House is ideally located, and very well equipped. Kayaks, paddle boat, PFDs, and a very well outfitted kitchen. Plenty to do within 5 miles, if you wanted to leave the deck and dock, which I really didn't!

Gorgeous Lake

This house sits on the beautiful Kinderhook Lake which is a beautiful feature to the house. The kayaks and pedal boat provided were also very much a highlight; our group ended up spending most of the day on the lake. This was a great stay!

We loved our stay at this lake house. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and clean. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed our time kayaking. The paddle boat was super fun! We highly recommend.

We booked this rental to be close to water and to have enough room with our family. Location was great and access to the water was spot on. What we very quickly noticed was the poor condition of the house. There was the overgrown landscaping that was growing onto the deck and dock, so much so that the benches on the dock were unusable with vines and pricker bush branches swallowing the seating area. Windows that wouldn't or couldn't be opened due to rotten wood, ripped screens on the sliding doors to the deck, Smoke detectors were taken off of the wall with no batteries in them, picnic table was broken and could not be safely used. Paint on the deck was in terrible condition, peeling and chipping off everywhere, nails were sticking out of the wood in several places on the dock, making walking or sitting very dangerous. If there is/was a groundskeeper for the location, they were not dealing with even the basic necessities of this house.

Wonderful Place on the Lake

This stay was wonderful! An excellent location on beautiful Kinderhook Lake! The provided kayaks and paddle boat were an awesome addition! One thing to note, it may get quite hot during the summer, and only the open living area and master bedroom have AC units. Other than that, the place is fantastic, and Bob is very responsive and hospitable!

This is our second stay in this house. We love it! Kitchen is awesome for cooking and has everything you need. Beds are comfy and there's AC to take the edge off on hot days. It's such a perfect spot on the lake. We spent about 75% of our waking hours on the deck or in the water! Looking forward to visiting this house again next year.
