The location is across from a construction site, the stairs are long and not ideal for young kids and the basic amenities for cooking, and cleaning were not provided, even after making multiple requests. Overall the place felt cheaply built and not worth the money.

Allen was an outstanding host! He is always quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was exactly what we needed for our family. It is very convenient to downtown Nashville in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has plenty of room and the appliances are easy to use and very convenient. Having the easily accessible garage made it so nice to park the car and unload luggage and groceries in the cold weather this past week! A one-of a kind, 5 star home! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Nashville!

Birthday get away
The location is wonderful. All the rooms where beautifully decorated. Loved the open kitchen. It gave us some much space to be together and enjoy meals. Uber/lyft was easy to access. Parking in the garage was the only thing that confused me at check in. We ended up parking on the street with no problemss and the neighbors were lovely
