Mid-Town is home to the largest park in Nashville, Centennial Park, and within walking distance to hundreds of local attractions, including the Vanderbilt University campus and The Parthenon at Centennial Park. Mid-Town is also a popular location for visitors interested in exploring other nearby neighborhoods like The Gulch or Music Row, as well as downtown venues like Bridgestone Arena or the Music City Convention Center (6-9 mins away). Perfect for locals and out-of-towners!

Allen was an outstanding host! He is always quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was exactly what we needed for our family. It is very convenient to downtown Nashville in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has plenty of room and the appliances are easy to use and very convenient. Having the easily accessible garage made it so nice to park the car and unload luggage and groceries in the cold weather this past week! A one-of a kind, 5 star home! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Nashville!

Birthday get away

The location is wonderful. All the rooms where beautifully decorated. Loved the open kitchen. It gave us some much space to be together and enjoy meals. Uber/lyft was easy to access. Parking in the garage was the only thing that confused me at check in. We ended up parking on the street with no problemss and the neighbors were lovely

Beautiful property but stairs are a bit steep and elevator wasn't available. Something to be aware of if you have people with limited mobility in your party so may also limit usage of rooftop
