First level has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Laundry in the master closet . Living room Kitchen and the porch goes out to the upper level deck . THe downstairs is two more bedrooms with a separate kitchen area dining and bathroom with a walk out to the lower deck and the yard .

We are on the bus route and Nashville has mass transit , Uber and Lyft as well

We are in a residential neighborhood and we like our neighbors so please be respectful and keep your voices to a nice level when you are outside enjoying yourself .
