In a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful newly remodeled La Jolla home is a bright colorful 4 bedroom, ocean view home across the street from the beach. It is like being in Hawai'i, Brazil, and Morocco all at once. There is a tropical pool with a jacuzzi and waterfall with a sit in cave behind it. Imagine being in a tropical paradise, swaying in a hammock enjoying lifeâŠ
The master bedroom has a private patio with a gorgeous view of the ocean and picturesque palm trees spanning the coast. Enjoy two king beds and two queen beds in 4 spacious bedrooms. Each of the three bathrooms have a tub and shower.
Whole house air conditioning, 4 Cable TVs, Master Suite, Washer/Dryer, view of the ocean and walk to the beach, restaurants. Private Parking Spot & street parking.
This stunning top-to bottom remodel was completed in 2024! Whole home boasts new designer furnishings.
State-of-the-Art Fully furnished kitchen with all new stainless appliances, in kitchen dining, open concept living room with patio doors for indoor/outdoor living: opens up to patio and backyard for outdoor coastal living.
To be noted: There is an attached guest house with a private entrance where other guests may be staying at the same time, however there are no shared spaces.
