Charming 3 bdrm 2 bth 1500 sq ft cottage home on a beautiful tree lined street. Amenities include fireplace, tile and wood floors, fully equiped kitchen, ensuite small master bath, larg backyard. 3 miles outside Ojai city limits,15 miles from the Ventura beaches, Ojai riverbottom hiking trails just down the street. The Ojai Trolley stop just outside the front door. Minimum 30 day stay. Prefer 60-90 day stay. Suitable for up to 3 guests. Long-term stays require two cleanings per month at guests expense. This is an older home with a lot of character and well maintained. If a newer home is your thing, this is not the place.
