Welcome to Modern Montmartre! This stylish apartment is a comfortable place to call home for families, couples and friends. In the heart of Montmartre, right off rue des Abbesses, guests will have a chance to explore the village-like atmosphere and enjoy the cafe life on all the nearby Parisian streets. Bistros, boulangeries and boutiques are at your doorstep! And if you like to cook, you'll be in heaven walking down the market street rue Lepic, which is just across the street and has fresh cheese, fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, chocolate, pastries and of course, baguettes!

LIVING AREA: The spacious living area has 2 windows and is very bright and comfortable. The dining table offers seating for 4, and the couch is a very high-quality sofabed designed for daily use and suitable for up to 2 adults to sleep on. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, television with some English news channels, and a telephone will free international calls to landlines in the US, Canada, Australia, Western Europe, Israel and many other countries. (Calls to US & Canadian cell phones are also free!)

MASTER BEDROOM: A queen bed (160 cm x 200 cm) welcomes guests in their comfortable and quiet bedroom. The bedroom had one window facing an interior courtyard, so no street noise to bother you. The bedroom has a guest closet area and also a desk area - perfect for catching up on emails and social media while using the apartment WiFi!

CHILDREN: Children are welcome! The sofa bed provides a sleeping area for up to two children, and we can also provide a portable travel crib upon request in advance.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-equipped, with an electric stove top, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, a clothes washer, a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. The apartment is stocked with basic cooking supplies so you can enjoy the wonderful fresh food shopping on rue Lepic!!

BATHROOM: The apartment features 1 full bathroom with a toilet, sink/vanity area and a shower stall. Soap and shampoo are provided, as well as a hair dryer.

Magnifique quartier

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs des mĂ©tros, de toutes les commoditĂ©s avec beaucoup d’animation. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un superbe sĂ©jour dans ce magnifique quartier Montmartre! La propretĂ© et l’entretien de l’immeuble est dĂ©cevante, mais l’appartement est propre, bien dĂ©corĂ© et d’une bonne grandeur. Mme Paula est trĂšs accueillante!

Wunderbar gelegen mitten im Viertel Montmartre. BÀcker, Metzger, Bistros, Restaurants, Chocolatiers, FischhÀndler, Macarons, SupermÀrkte, es gibt alles ! Dabei ruhige Wohnung in der 3. Etage mit kompletter Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert !

A Great Spot in Montmartre

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Montmartre. It is such a great neighborhood for food of all kinds and it so charming. Loved the proximity to three Metro lines which made travel around Paris pretty easy.

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in the heart of Montmartre! It was just as pictured and we were very pleased with the space and truly loved its location, so close to nearby sites and fabulous cafes! Communication with the property manager was excellent and I would like to personally thank Georgina for her excellent instructions with the appliances as well as providing a list of marvelous dining recommendations! Thank you also for allowing us to remain in the apartment a little longer due to the timing of checking into our next apartment!

Perfect location for all things Montmartre

Having never been to Paris before, we were not sure where to stay to experience all that we could in a few days. This adorable apartment is in a perfect spot to walk to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. We enjoy walking so we walked the 2-3 miles to all the main attractions, like the Eiffel Tower, but if you prefer, you can access the metro from a nearby station. The apartment was small for the 4 of us but we didn’t stay there much during the day, so it met our needs. Our children are older and independent, (ages 17 and 20) and we all felt safe in this area as they often went to get breakfast or lunch on their own. We did a wonderful food tour through Viator in Montmartre that showed some hidden gems, too! We would definitely stay here again!

Best location in Montmartre

This was our third stay in this apartment and it never disappoints. Yes, it’s small, but we’ve stayed in much smaller and compared with those it’s positively spacious! Just steps from everything you need from groceries to restaurants to (2) Metro stations. On arrival you will be met by a greeter, who will explain everything about the property. The only slight drawback if you are an old man like me is that you have to carry your heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs! Highly recommend.

The host and greeter were very friendly and extremely helpful with information starting with the best way/quickest way to get the property. The host provided a binder that was very inclusive of shops and dining around the area, flea markets, places to see, where the busses and metro were, and a number for taxi service in English. It was so easy to get around with so much within walking distance directly or especially by metro. The apartment was a very nice size even for 4 adults and we enjoyed staying in out of the rain on a few days of our trip. Can't think of anything we didn't like about the property.

Great locatoin 10+

From booking to departure, everything was absolutely wonderful. This place truly deserves every 10/10 review it gets. The apartment, just as shown in the photos, is nestled in a charming old Paris neighborhood with plenty of local shops, cafes, and a Metro station just a few minutes away. The one-bedroom unit is exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious, offering all the necessary amenities. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses to all our questions. Highly recommended—we’re already planning to return next year!

Great Location

Excellent location, a few hundred metres from Abbesses and Blanche metro stations. Lots of restaurants, boulangeries, wine stores, grocery stores etc right around the corner. Good size apartment. Plenty of plates, cooking accessories etc. which was nice. The apartment was completely silent at night which was amazing!! Please note the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator
this will not work for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs. Just fine if you are reasonably fit. A really great find!

Great Location

What a great place to stay! The apartment size was perfect and it was nice to be able to unwind at night after long days in the city. The neighborhood is amazing and it was so nice to have so many options as soon as you step outside, including 2 metro stops just 3 minutes away. And even with all the activity in the area, it was so quiet in the apartment. Can’t wait to come back!!

Delightful return to the 18eme

This apartment is ideally located in the 18eme, near both the Abbesses and Pigalle Metro stations. Cafés and boutiques, shops for all manner of foods, a postoffice, ATMs, and an excellent poissonerie are within steps. Ida and Paula, who manage the apartment, took excellent care of us (arrival/flight mishap; fallen curtain rod; lovely welcoming information). A couple of comfort suggestions (very minor ones): reading lamps in the bedroom would be great to have for nighttime readers; the shower caddy system does not hold things effectively--causes bumps into the handle when picking things up--very hot water will correct you asap!). Otherwise, the apartment is great: excellent kitchen stock of plates, pans, dishes; great blankets and towels (no face cloths for folks that use them--I always pack a couple). A very quiet building and area, even with all of the nighttime bustle on the doorstep. Milles mercis, Ida & Paula!!

Great location and quiet

We had a lovely stay. As stated in previous reviews, be sure you are able to walk up and down the spiral staircase to the apartment. We went in August and the fans with the windows open were sufficient to keep the apartment cool through the evening. The place was clean and comfortable. The toilet bowl flusher does need to be replaced other than that it was terrific.

First time in Paris

From booking to greeter to the description of the apartment
.everything was really good. Paula was terrific and our greeter Yasmine was absolutely the best! Available if needed (but fortunately we did not). The weather was great and being able to open the windows on slightly warmer days helped us cool down after walking the city. Great location and easy to get to metro. Two thumbs up!
