Appartement luxueux au coeur de Saint Germain des Prés, Centre de Paris

Notre appartement est situé dans le cœur de l'historique de Saint Germain des pressions du Quartier Latin de Paris!

Notre appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové avec des murs blancs, des murs en pierre du 18ème siècle et des poutres du 18ème siècle dans toutes les pièces.

Nous sommes au 3ème étage avec un grand escalier élégant. Notre immeuble a également un ascenseur depuis le premier étage.

L'appartement donne sur une grande cour blanche avec beaucoup de soleil à travers l'appartement toute la journée.

Nos fenêtres sont en double vitrage.

Le lit est un confortable lit queen size. Nous fournissons également un canapé pliant avec un lit confortable pour 2 dans le salon.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

La rue des Canettes est une rue historique connue pour ses bâtiments du 17ème siècle et ses charmants restaurants.

Nous sommes situés près de tous les charmants marchés fermiers, théâtres et cafés français romantiques, bars et restaurants. Nous sommes juste en bas de la rue de la célèbre Cafe De Flore- un favori de nombreux grands écrivains et artistes (Hemingway, F. Scott et Zelda Fitzgerald, Picasso, Serge Gainsbourg et plus ...), La Brasserie Lipp, Entrecôte et Les Deux Magots.

Notre appartement est à distance de marche de tous les grands monuments historiques et musées de Paris.

Les stations de métro placard sont Saint Germain des Prés, Odéon et Mabillon.

Nous avons tous les marchés, les magasins et les pâtisseries locales à proximité.

Nous offrons toutes les informations concernant les visites, visites touristiques et les événements ici à Paris.

The location of course is the key attraction of this property. Easy access to métro and bus lines, plus many nearby restaurants, and walking distance to any number of interesting places. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating when a snowstorm stateside canceled my flight, allowing me to slide my dates up a few days without penalty.

The apartment is perfectly located in Saint Germaine. The area around the apartment has great restaurants and bars just outside the door but the apartment still remains quiet. The elevator is also great for dealing with luggage.

Charming apartment in the perfect location. . .

The location is perfect for walking the city and the Luxembourg Gardens. Cafes and shops line the city streets around this area. I have been to Paris at least 10 times. This is the cutest spot in the 6th.

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the perfect location! Shops, restaurants, metro stations all very close by! The apartment was fine. Would be perfect for 2 people. A bit crowded with two adults and two 18 year olds sharing one shower. The shower could use a good cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing neighborhood

Fulfills all your needs - Epic grocery store around the corner, restaurants everywhere, 2 gorgeous churches within 2 minute walk. Fabulous stores on Blvd St. Germain, Rue de Rennes & Rue de Sevres. Then relax in Jardin de Luxembourg. Easy walk to Latin Quarter & Notre Dame. We had a wonderful time, loved the apartment & can’t wait to return.

Cozy apartment in St Germaine

We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment. The bed was very comfy with lovely linens and a well stocked kitchen. It's a perfect quiet location in St Germaine with lots of amneties near by. Tiffany and Charles were fantastic and answered emails right away for our questions.

Tiffany and Charles were great to work with and responded quickly to all messages. The location of the apartment is great- right in the middle of St. Germain while still private and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty to the point of impacting our stay negatively. Hopefully this issue is resolved for future travelers.

Location, location, location!

My wife and I had an amazing week and a half at this this property and loved the apartment and the location. Tiffany and Charles are lovely people and were quick to respond when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the apartment (ugh). I cannot say enough good things about this location, you simply would have a hard time finding a better location in Paris, in my opinion; it is within walking distance of everything with love on the left bank and the latin district, has several nearby metro's as well as a taxi stand, and more excellent restaurants and bars within a block than you could visit on a single trip. Lovely time, lovely place, would highly recommend!

The location is exceptional - 5-20 minutes of leisurely walking to just about everything. My thoughts on the actual residence: first, as promoted, there is a lift - however, it starts on the First Floor (what Americans would call the second floor). So, getting to the lift with heavy suitcases (or if you have trouble with stairs, like my wife) means you have to negotiate 20 steps of a circular staircase before getting from the ground floor to the first floor (and the lift). I can’t comment on the owners providing any information or directions on the operation of the property because they said they were not available to meet us. They emailed me the two security codes and told us where to find the keys. The apartment is REALLY a studio - it's NOT a two bedroom. To separate the one sleeping area from the living area there's a multi-pane glass partition. It has roll-down blinds except the blinds only cover 3/4 of the glass partition. In short, they’re pretty useless. The bed is a full - not a queen. The living area has a hide-a-bed couch (badly stained) but that doesn't make it a bedroom. The toilet room has permanently open vents to the outside, which meant in winter the toilet was FREEZING! The window drapes don't cover the windows, so privacy is lacking. Overall, it's not "luxurious" (as claimed) but its is funky, comfy, great location and it worked well for the price.

Hide-a-bed couch in the living room needs deep cleaning ... and having a convertible couch in the living room doesn't make it a bedroom!

Great little place!

We loved our stay. Perfect location for us as we love this neighborhood in Paris. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see but still felt off the tourist path. Close to plenty of cafes, markets & restaurants. Right near several metro lines and bike stands. It's a cozy & simple pace and we felt right at home.

Quaint and Cozy

What a great spot! Great neighborhood, close to shops, cafes and bars! The market is close as well as the metro. I highly recommend staying here!!
