Profitez cÎté t des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe depuis le balcon. Blanc chaud plage de sable et des eaux scintillantes émeraude bleu-vert sont à quelques pas. Notre condo est entiÚrement meublé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons deux grand mur monté télévision à écran plat avec lecteur de DVD, attaché une grande table à manger, et une connexion Internet. Le snack-bar cabane à sucre est situé prÚs de la piscine. charbon BAR-B-Q s sont disponibles sur la plage.

Sugar Beach est connu comme le plus sympathique famille condo sur la plage. Avec ses quatre piscines, dont une piscine pour enfants, une piscine est chauffée toute l'année avec de nouveaux ponts, et des chaises longues confortables. Les toilettes et les douches / langer sur la plage. Notre unité est au 3Úme étage avec vue imprenable sur le golfe, pratique pour les ascenseurs et les escaliers. chariots à bagages sont fournis pour votre commodité. Nous sommes fiers de vous offrir avec un des mieux équipés et les plus propres unités à la plage de sucre.

Great spot for a getaway!

Condo was clean and well stocked, pictures accurate. Comfy bed Easy check in. Great access to beautiful beach and pool is a bonus! We will be back! Would definitely recommend!

Great Location!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Bed was super-comfy and location was easy to get to all of the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores spots. Multiple pool options also made swimming better for any non-beach times.

Check in was great and communication with the owner was great as well. He called the day before to give us all the details and explained everything perfectly. The condo was perfect for us and very clean. Would stay again if in the area!

Awesome host

The condo was perfect for a couple. The pools and ocean were amazing and right on the property. The security team was always walking around and keeping an eye on things.

Everything we needed!

I found this property looking for a safe place near the beach for my 18 year old son and his 2 friends to stay over spring break. It was perfect for them. Vaughn responded to my messages quickly and even offered to watch out for them which was reassuring as a mom being 1,000 miles away!

Great Location on the Beach

What I loved was the heated pool and the beautiful beach access. Great location across the street to the Gulf Shores State Park with hiking and biking trails. The construction of one tower is completed and they are working on the last one just outside of the balcony. The noise did not bother us too much. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for us. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with our stay here. Above and beyond clean and very family oriented. We felt very safe and secure just as if it was our own home. Very peaceful and convenient location, we also loved that it has the shack downstairs for food, drinks, floats, sunglasses, and more. Security that works the entrance also furthered our feeling of safety. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Elevators made our unloading and loading easy too. This condominium is well worth staying at - very impressed with the affordable price as well.

Sugar Beach Condo Orange Beach, AL

Nice 80’s-ish beach front property in close proximity to dining & shops. We were there last week of February 2025. Maintenance crews busy making updates to outdoor areas. Owner was very nice & addressed our concerns promptly.Staircase to upstairs doesn’t have handrail to upper 1/3 of the stairs. Having a 5 month old knee replacement made navigating the stairs a bit difficult.

We were very disappointed with the elevator service at the complex only one was working the entire week we were there and the one that was working was extremely slow. The parking lot needs major repairs and the lighting at night needs to be brighter. It appears the overall appearance of the complex needs some upgrades. Also with number of pools maybe one of the could be all adult. Thank you.

There are many reasons. The sugar white sand, the 4 beautiful pools, sugar shack (the lovely little snack bar at the pools), outside bathrooms, guards on duty at the property, and the wonderful atmosphere at Sugarbeach.

And the view from my balcony is breathtaking! You can have coffee in the morning while listening to the waves caress the beach.
