Originally built in 1893 by the mayor of Juneau, this beautiful four-plex apartment, originally The Maloney Mansion, has been in our family for more than 50 years. Enjoy this spacious apartment with Gold Rush history and charm. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to enjoy downtown Juneau on foot! This 1-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, brand new bathroom, and king-sized bed. This house is also close to local trailheads and great eating spots!

EXCELLENT STAY IN JUNEAU

Spacious clean comfortable well-stocked apartment close to downtown, easy communication with host, interesting small city with enough to do for our 4 night stay. Glad we chose this place.

Wonderful Apartment

We were so happy when we finally got to the apartment late at night after a long travel day. We opened the door,, walked in, and realized we got a gem. It is clean, has a very comfortable bed, great kitchen and bath, excellent location (walkable to everything in the downtown area), and Cory kept in contact to ensure everything was alright. We have stayed at dozens and dozens of rentals and this is definitely at the top of our list. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, close to all downtown Juneau has to offer. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished and really gives you that home away from home feel.

Nice apartment

This is a nice apartment unit, located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Downtown Juneau. Walking to shops and restaurants is easy. The unit was equipped with everything I needed and the bathroom has been nicely updated. I would definitely stay again.

There are not a lot of "old" things in Alaska as compared to other areas of the world, so this historic building that is more than 100 years old is full of charm and fun nooks and crannies!
