Yes! We had a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and games the most. It was nice to have the k-cups to start our stay and we also loved that there were games and a pool table. It was also nice to have soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a very nice, clean house.

My Overall stay was Great, The House was Clean and Comfy, The Pool Flow wasn’t Working water was on a stand still! All the sinks in The Bathrooms were Clogged! Someone Came out and Serviced the Pool! So my Only Complaint would be the Sinks Being Clogged! I Would Definitely rent Again

We loved our stay at this property, without any negatives at all. Check-in was easy, and the place was cool with the AC set comfortably. Love the interior furnishings and wall art, gives a sense of fun to each different area. The kitchen is spacious and well laid out. We only used the Master Bedroom, the bed was firm but we slept great! Master Bathroom is large with separate sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a huge raised tub. The game room and the pool are where we spent most of our time. We played over 20 games of pool and had the best time, laughing at made and missed shots. And the screened pool is the best! 3 separate umbrella covered seating areas, very private. We loved this property, and will definitely be back again.

Perfect Getaway for small or large groups

Our stay at this rental meet or exceeded every one of our expectations.The Pool. The pool is heated by a solar system and was extremely effective. The pool was very warm and comfortable to be in. It should be noted that a true hot tub is attached to the pool and was amazing. Also as our stay, everything pictured on the listing actually existed at the rental. One item to note, the pool does have a shallow section and deep section that will be over the head of an adult.Inside - Three very nice bedrooms. The master is very nice. This property is unique in that there are 3 separate living room areas. Two of which are furniture furnished. The third has a game room with a nice pool table and foosball table. All have tv's. This would be extremely nice if you have groups of people that may want to separate. Appliances were very nice and everything worked without issue. Washer / Dryer onsite, but we did not use. Initial stock of supplies was adequate.Location. Location was great. Located in a residential area. We had no issues with neighbors or noise. You are 5 to 10 minutes away from the beach - Amazing sunrises. You are also the same time away from grocery stores, gas stations and walmart.Host - I can't stress enough that the host is highly rated for a reason. If you have any questions or issues you will get a response back very quickly.One other item to note - as of my stay you do not pay extra for pool heater. I hope this review helps.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. We had planned our vacation for over a year and I found this beautiful property. It was even better then the listing. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night because of hurricane Milton. Highly recommend.

Family freindly, inviting, and plenty of space

We loved our stay. Everything was clean amd fresh feeling. We all enjoyed the game room and the pool was well maintained. We all enjoyed our own space within the house. Location was ideal for our needs. We were never more than 30 minutes away from any activity we wanted to complete . Our host, Binh, was also helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. If you are looking for a nice, family friendly place to stay, I would highly recommend.

Great Stay

My wife and I loved this house! The house had plenty of amenities, the neighborhood was in a nice, quiet area, and we had easy access to the surrounding areas.

Nice, Clean Place

As advertised, nice property. We found it quite clean upon arrival. Paid extra for the pool heat but was quite cool and did not feel heated. Texted property manager Natasha Lightfoot and only received a "was it on at arrival?" response with no follow-up. Aside from a cold-ish pool and poor service recovery, we really liked the house overall and would stay again

Nice place overall

Very nice place plenty of rooms, cons where flat charge for entire stay if u want the pool heated. I called the next morning was told I'd be charged from previous day and it be between 24 and 48 hrs till it even warmed up. $170 for basically 3 days of heated pool. The gutters where stuffed so when it rained it would be a waterfall in front patio. Also no instructions on what to do with garbage. Overall pleasant experience, pretty decor huge for 3 bedrooms comfortable beds. Never got the vasca app to work as I couldn't find my confirmation number even in the emails.

Great house for a quick family getaway.

Nice house for a quick family trip to Florida. Three separate sitting / TV areas (one with the game room). Furniture and kitchen were clean and in good shape. Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful home!

We loved the comfort, convenience, and cleanliness of the house. All looked lovely and we had everything we could possibly need for function AND FUN! Loved the big pool and pool table. All kitchen equipment was there and the location was near the beach and good food! Thanks for a great stay!! We hope to come stay again!

AC not working the entire stay

The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. However we had a major issue that was not resolved well nor timely. The AC stopped working 27 hours into this rental, and it took Vacasa almost 48 hours to take our complaint seriously (only when VRBO got involved). The AC was not fixed during the entire stay, we were provided with fans and 2 small portable AC units which made it better but not acceptable for the price paid (or the option to move to a condo with a shared pool which is not what we paid for either). The company they sent to check the AC left the garage open and the house unlocked. There was only 1 Vacasa employee willing to help and she is the one that carried the fans, AC and tried to make us comfortable, the rest of the team was completely unresponsive and not helpful at all (email, chat, call center). We found dirty pans at check in among other not working / dirty items at check in, but minor compared to the AC not working.

Everything was easy. Expectations clear. Lovely home, spacious, everything you need, kitchen had all appliances, dishware, utensils needed. Pool fabulous, outside area tables, chairs, ready. Tvs everywhere. Clean!
