Cette belle maison de ville est assez grande et a toujours une qualité élevée. Il est loué avec parcimonie et est en très bon état. La configuration de la chambre à coucher est idéale pour un groupe de 3 couples ou de petits groupes familiaux. Il y a beaucoup de choses à aimer à propos de cet endroit, mais quelques-uns des points forts incluent le nouveau bain à remous privé, la grande piscine en été, le foyer extérieur, la climatisation, le gril à gaz, le lave-linge et le sèche-linge privés et les clients de la saison de ski, les sèche-chaussures! L'emplacement est également un atout majeur. En empruntant deux itinéraires différents mais faciles, vous pouvez descendre des pistes jusqu’à la propriété et descendre de la propriété à la télécabine, à l’école de ski, aux épiceries, aux restaurants et plus encore! The condo was a beautiful, spacious place to call home while skiing! The main living area and kitchen flowed nicely with great open space and loved all the comfy seating. The kitchen was stocked just perfectly and we enjoyed cooking in the unit. Another great feature was the location for the shuttle pick up to get to the mountain. It was a couple of steps to get to the pickup area and the shuttles proved to be a seamless way to get to the mountain and from the mountain any time you request it. Truly convenient! Overall it was just as I had hoped, a great place to spend quality time with the family in Steamboat! Thank you to the management team who went above and beyond for us!

Steamboat Rocks!

We had a great time at Steamboat with amazing skiing thanks to many days of fresh powder. The condo with the private hot tub was a perfect refuge after a day of skiing and it's location of a simple 5-minute shuttle ride could not be better. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

Great location, only place with private hot tub in the area!

Owner was very responsive, shuttle to slopes is fantastic, only a 30 second walk to shuttle stop and then 5 minute ride to the slopes.

Steamboat Family Trip

Property was easy to find, accommodations were great, and the ski shuttle pick to and from the mountain base was easy and fast. You walk 100’ to the pick up spot and return trips to the condo were even easier once done skiing. Perfect for a family of all adults or young kids.

The home is as advertised. It is spacious and comfortable. It is super easy to get to and from Steamboat Base to ski. It's great for a group that wants to hang out together in the living room and have privacy when they are done with group activities.

Family had a wonderful vacation.

We had the best time during our week at this rental. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with bathrooms, free shuttle within a few steps, a hot tub after a long ski day, attached heated garage with boot warmers! We loved everything about it

Great Ski Vacation

This townhouse was ideal for our family of four. We had a great time skiing and relaxing. Just a short free bus ride to the slopes and to downtown Steamboat. And the hot tub was a luxury. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Steamboat.

We booked this property specifically for the hot tub, and it turned into a serious health issue.During and after using it, everyone in our group became ill. Our eyes were burning, and we had trouble breathing due to what was clearly excessive chlorine. The room was unbearable.The washer and dryer are in the same room, which made them unusable as well. Because we were sick, we had to miss an entire day of skiing, which was a major loss.We messaged the host during our stay but did not receive a response until after we left. When they finally responded, they did not take responsibility or make any effort to fix the situation.A major feature we paid for was unusable and unsafe.I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Our team is responsive and engaged—when concerns are raised, we reply and take action as quickly as possible within the timeframe provided. In this case, communication was received less than 24 hours prior to departure, and both our team and VRBO responded promptly and followed up accordingly. A water sample was taken and tested, confirming levels were within normal limits, and those results were shared with both the guest and VRBO for added assurance. This spacious, high-quality townhome is ideal for group stays, offering comfortable living spaces, great amenities, and convenient access to the slopes and surrounding area. Guests are always encouraged to reach out during their stay so any concerns can be addressed in real time, ensuring the best possible experience.

Big!!!! We had a beautiful female Elk in our backyard. Well kept and easy access to the mountain with RG shuttle.

Wonderful stay !

My interaction with Steamboat Springs Rental was flawless. The unit was as expected and fully met our needs with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a working and clean hot tub and heated garage with easy key pad entry and garage door openers. While the sofa downstairs was awfully tired and worn, this was no surprise based on the pictures. It was a great location and the shuttle to skiing was a bonus. We'd stay here again in a minute.

Great Experience

Our Host was great, he was very helpful! Our flights came in early and he let us leave our bags at the house while we went to the store and get stuff for our stay. He also let us stay a little later after our flight got delayed. The location is as close as you can get to the bus stop for skiing and still really close for the free city bus. The house was great for a larger group of friends, each room had there own bathroom as well as a half bath on the main floor and a full bath in the basement. Boot warmers and a couch in the garage was a really nice touch to add for a ski trip

2022 ski trip

Great location. Shuttle was very quick with little wait time. This is a very comfortable place with a well equipped kitchen. If you book it make sure you look at the spice rack before to buy more. Seems everyone staying is buying spices, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soup in mass quantity with each stay. Next time we’re going to Steamboat we’ll look to see if this unit is available first.

Great spot, but hot tub was not working

Everything about this place was as advertised, but the hot tub was not working when we arrived. We also had issues with 2 of the TVs. While the property owner did fix the TV issues promptly and attempted to fix the hot tub problem, it was never resolved. We were never able to use the hot tub all 3 days we were there, which was the main reason we choose the place. The inconvenience of all of this took the shine off of the experience for us. While we were compensated for our troubles, it still was not a top notch experience. I hope when other people use this place, the hot tub is back to functioning.

Thanks for your feedback Patrick. Because the quality of a guests stay is of the utmost importance to us, it is also disappointing for our company when an appliance isn't working during their stay. We do everything in our power to remedy the situation, as we did immediately with the TV's. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't as simple of a fix. We immediately addressed the issue but it ended up that a part was needed and as many things are these days, it was on back order so we couldn't get it prior to the guests departure. Since we stand behind our commitment to guest satisfaction and understood that this guest booked primarily for the hot tub, we did offer them (as they mentioned) compensation for their inconvenience. It's unfortunate when something like that happens but we do everything in our power immediately to make it right with our guests.

The house was not clean. Carpet old and stained. Beds not washed. Had human and pet hair in them. Disgusting. The house smelled awful. The previous renters trash was still there. It took 24 hrs to hear from someone. Mountain vacation lodging (resortia) only has a message number and email. I finally heard from someone who refused any type of refund or consultation. I’ve been to steamboat several times and never had such an experience. I will NEVER rent from this company or host again. I recommend you do not either. Unacceptable and intolerable.

This guest emailed after hours to report minor issues with cleanliness. We followed up with her the next day as soon as we saw her email, and the issues had compiled. We tried to work with the guest to resolve the issues, but she wouldn't allow us access to the home to review the items she'd reported, and also wouldn't allow us to send the housekeeper over. The guest demanded a refund, but we weren't able to give her one on the basis that we weren't afforded an opportunity to verify or rectify any of the issues she'd reported. We provide each of our guests with 24/7 guest services phone number. Had this guest called rather than emailed, she would have received a more timely response. The owner of this home switched housekeeping companies prior to the 2021 winter season, and aside from this guest, we have had very positive reviews and feedback regarding the cleanliness.

Such Promise but not clean or functional for our stay, asked for 50% refund

Great layout and location, with such great promise; sadly, property was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned and sanitized prior to our stay. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was very well equipped. Sadly, bathrooms and kitchen were not properly cleaned and sanitized prior to our stay; one shower and one sink in master too clogged to use, had to share showers. Kitchen floor wasn't even swept, so no chance it was mopped or disinfected in any way. Hot tub not professionally turned over or serviced prior to our stay; hot tub cover disintegrating into water, no chemicals present in water. Despite requests for professional hot tub service from both the owner and property manager, only the housekeeper was sent to add "tablets" to the tub. Her visit did not remedy the problems; she confirmed to me directly that she is NOT a hot tub professional. The hot tub remained unavailable to us throughout our 8-night stay due to maintenance, sanitation and bacterial growth issues. Upon inquiry with owners about how to operate the fire pit on back deck, owner claimed only owners are "permitted" by the city to use the fire pit. A call to the local fire marshal revealed this to be untrue; the fire pit on the back deck is illegal for anyone to use, including the owners. With a thorough cleaning, new throw rugs in living area, new carpeting on the stairs and some serious TLC, this could be a fantastic vacation rental!! Sadly, owners and property managers failed to deliver what they were selling in the online ad for this property: "This beautiful townhome is quite large and has a consistently high quality throughout. It is rented only sparingly and is kept in very good condition." Photos in online listing also have been edited to add significant light and brightness, this property is very, very dark inside. We were very disappointed.

First time in Steamboat

This was our first time in Steamboat. We traveled with our two kids, 5 and 8 and two grandparents. The actual condo was great. Each bedroom was en suite, which was perfect. Kitchen was great to cook in, lots of utensils and spices to meet our needs. A big enough table for family dinners. A hot tub, which is a definite plus- it’s in a basement room, which is somewhat weird especially given there’s a back deck that would be more suitable for a hot tub. The best part was the huge garage that had hooks for jackets, pants or helmets plus a large boot warming rack. This made it easy to get dressed or undressed for skiing each day. I will say, the biggest downside is the offered transportation. There is a free shuttle that is mentioned, however this only goes to the ski hill and back. It will not pick you up at the condo door but down a hill, which wouldn’t be an issue except for the extreme icy drive that wasn’t taken care of. With young kids and two grandparents, this was not only a safety issue but extremely frustrating that the shuttles refused to get us at our door. Other condos offer transport to the downtown area, this condo does not. It’s not extremely walkable for the young or old. There is a city bus, but again, compared to other ski towns that utilize free shuttles- taking the city bus is less ideal. If you have your own car, this would not be an issue. Overall, the condo was great but Steamboat has some serious needs in terms of infrastructure to meet the demand of growing crowds.
