A cozy, beautifully decorated home in Forest Heights with a private entrance, main living area, full kitchen, and large backyard. The downstairs is a completely separate suite (another STR) with its own entrance and HVAC — no shared spaces. Please note there is no A/C; tall tower fans are provided for summer stays.

Guest access
During your stay you'll enjoy unrestricted access to the entire upstairs suite, complete with a private entrance. The entire space is exclusively yours — including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and full bathroom. The downstairs is a completely separate suite with its own entrance and HVAC system and is not accessible to our guests. Please note there is no A/C; tall tower fans are provided for warm summer months.

IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

‣ Damage Protection
Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.

‣ Rental agreement
A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!

LOST ITEMS
· We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.

MAIL & PACKAGES
· Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
· We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
· There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
· All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.

CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

GUEST SCREENING
· Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS
· Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.

LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

I was very pleased with the hosts at Park life and the suite itself. The neighborhood is also super convenient and cute. I highly recommend, especially if travelling with a pet as there are so many parks to explore. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

There was a large kids park directly across the street that was usable when the school kids were not in. There was also a smaller park behind for when the other park was occupied. The dishwasher worked. The bed was definitely a king. And it was cleaned pretty well overall. Except the bed bugs.

-Our home has a separate basement suite with another short term rental unit. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system.
-Our home does not have A/C, however, we do offer tall tower fans to help cool down the space in those warm summer months and opening the windows as well will create a great cross breeze!

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one king size bed, one queen size bed and a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
