Choice of 1 medium firm mattress and 1 medium soft mattress for guests personal preference. With stylish bedside tables, these cozy retreats offer a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, ensuring a rejuvenating stay for every guest.

Revitalize in our sleek, modern bathroom, equipped with spacious standing shower, elegant wash basins, and pristine toilets. Enjoy the comfort of plush towels and complimentary toiletries, thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay. Designed for both style and convenience, these refreshing spaces ensure a pampered experience from start to finish.

✴️ HOUSE RULES & NOTES✴️

✴️Parking:

Free street parking is available. There is ample street parking directly outside the property within a short walking distance. Kindly note that the driveway is not available for guest parking. Please also avoid parking in front of the fire hydrant or blocking any driveways.

✴️Pre check-In Note:

Just a quick note before your arrival — My family and I live upstairs, and you’ll be staying in a private basement suite. The suite has sound-reducing insulation, and we’re mindful about keeping noise to a minimum. For added comfort, two white noise machines are provided—one in each bedroom—should you wish to use them during your stay.

✴️Your health & safety is our priority, so we thoroughly clean and disinfect after every stay. We enforce a strict no-smoking, no drugs including marijuana, no-party policy ($250 fine for violations) will be charged to the credit card used for the booking and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests incur a $50/night fee, and late checkouts without approval (subject to availability) cost $60/hour.

✴️You are more than welcome to smoke outside, and please dispose of cigarette butts in the black bin located on our side of the property (not the neighbor's side). Please make sure the cigarette is fully extinguished and not lit when you throw it in the black bin.

✴️DO NOT FLUSH any personal item down the toilet except for toilet papers. Please use the bin provided for any other personal items

✴️Please note that due to severe allergies, pets are currently not permitted in this property.

✴️Any damage to the property must be reported immediately

✴️No shoes inside. Please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack provided at the bottom of the steps. Disposable slippers will be provided for the duration of your stay. Thank you!

✴️We include basics as a starter pack like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, 2 flavours of coffee pods, different flavors of tea, packets of sugar and splenda and towels for your stay. If you’re staying longer, you’ll need to purchase extra supplies.

✴️Kindly wash and clean the dishes after use and place them on the drying rack. Once dried please place them back where you got it from. Thank you!

This was our first Vrbo experience. The host was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and comfortable. Nice residential area with parks, shopping and restaurants. Well priced. Overall very happy and would recommend.

This very clean suite in a residential location was a short driving distance from many restaurants and shops. The host was very attentive and kind in fulfilling any requests we had during our stay. Since our stay was during the Winter, street parking could have been an issue due to the snowbanks, but the host took care of that for us. As stated in their ad, the family does live upstairs, however I think the price of our accommodations did reflect this and any noise was short lived and infrequent during our stay. The shower pressure was also great, as were the nice snacks the host left on the counter for us to enjoy.
