Camp ground setting was perfect for our needs

They run a clean, safe and fun place. The apartment functioned well for our needs. Onsite services associated with campers were all available to us, convenient and clean (top drawer equipment everywhere). We loved our stay.

Great apartment in a great campground

Very nice apartment that is exactly like the pictures. We used the pool, putt putt, axe throwing and walked a trail. Also bought the bucket of rocks for gem mining. 7 and 8 year old boys loved it. Waterslide was broken. Campground was extremely clean amd everyone was friendly. If you're looking for a fun place to stay near the zoo, this is it!

This little apartment was great and my family would stay here again! The campground was so cool- I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it but we were at soccer all day. Very clean and comfortable for everyone. We had a little trouble figuring out where the apartment was since we arrived in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy!Our only complaint is that we ran out of hot water by the 3rd or 4th shower- perhaps because also had to wash a lot of dishes in the sink. Also, not a big fan of the strong smell from the glade plug-ins. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

A good place for home base- Asheboro

My son and his children live in Asheboro. The apartment is a flexible and functional home base for us. It keeps the kids happy with fun activity, is pet friendly and low key. It has clean facilities and a lot of functional tools for entertaining a family. If I ran the site, I would use thicker bath towels and be sure that there was a good scrubber for pans. But at the value point for us- it is great.

This place is great for families! The kids had so much fun with all the activities on the campgrounds. Just a short drive away from the zoo and downtown Asheboro makes it a great location!
