You'll be within minutes from local attractions such as Low Water Bridge, Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex and Seagrove Pottery. Golf, lakes, and other outdoor attractions make for awesome local day trips. The large yard and parking area affords adequate space to bring and maneuver your off-road toys, trailers, boats etc... The fenced yard welcomes Fido!

We had such an amazing stay at the cottage! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, which made everything so easy. The home is even cuter and quainter than the photos show, and the property felt very private—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plus, the charming little town just 10 minutes up the road was such a bonus!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and very clean and had everything we would need for our week stay. Well stocked with pots, pans, paper goods and k cups!!! The fenced back yard was great for the dog too! Thank you for having us and we would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Country Cabin

We very much enjoyed this property. Well stocked, extremely comfortable and a hit with our 2 dogs. They loved the fenced in yard. Hope to enjoy it again as our son’s family lives in the area.

The cottage is beautiful! We loved the porches in the mornings and evenings. And the location is great

Fantastic place!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful house for a week. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. The property is private and well maintained. The host is very easy to communicate with, too! We will be returning in the fall.

Girl’s Pottery Trip

Just as described and we would definitely stay here again! It was convenient to Seagrove which was what we were looking for in a rental. We only there for a very short stay, but hope to be back for a longer one. My only suggestion would be to make the kids room with a lower bed.

Our cottage is located on property that has seen 5 generations of family ownership. The property was first acquired for subsistence farming in the late 19th century. It rests at the base of the Uwharrie Mountains, home of the first gold rush in the United States. A vein of white flint rock crosses the property where one may see a quartz crystal or fool's gold on a daily walk.
