Not going to find a better rental in this area. We enjoyed the quiet of being tucked away in the country, while conveniently located to the freeway and Frederick.

The house and amenities are perfect. The atmosphere and seclusion were wonderful. The home was very clean and the 2 headed shower is fantastic. We will look to rent again when coming back to visit family again.

This absolutely beautiful place was secluded, quiet, and so very comfortable. The Restoration Hardware sofa had the most wonderful pull-out queen ever, and the washer dryer was a terrific perk, as I was riding horses every day and at the tail end of a long time away from home.The only thing different from the pictures is that the inviting outdoor furniture was replaced with a few simple chaise lounges, but no big deal at all. My only criticism is that the bathroom shower is very tired and there was a strange smell that seemed to be from the shower drain? I also have a pet peeve about anything but white sheets & towels, but that's just my personal preference. Overall, a lovely Vrbo and I would certainly like to return.

Incredible Spot

For a former farmboy, how can one go wrong with huge green fields, wildlife surrounding you and an incredible one bedroom cottage on the top a hill. Every detail was perfect and we will return.

Guest House on the Hill

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sugarloaf Mountain Retreat. The location is close to Urbana and Frederick but still in the country. We saw lots of wildlife on the property! The house was clean, stylish and comfortable. We were in for a golf weekend and wished we had time to explore because it is so beautiful. We would definitely recommend Patrick’s place and will stay again if we travel to the area again!

This place is a secluded getaway with plenty of amenities just 10 minutes away. The property is in great shape and in person looks just like the pictures. I’ll be staying here again the whole property is a vibe and is great for writing, taking a hard reset and relaxing.
