The Space
Welcome to our stylish multi-level home on the west side of downtown Atlanta. Enjoy 2802 sq ft of comfortable and inviting living space, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway for up to 10 guests.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by a luminous open living space with beautiful hardwood flooring and classy, modish decor. The living room features a comfortable sofa area and a Smart TV with Roku for the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

There is a bar area with bar chairs between the kitchen and the living room, where you can enjoy a meal or some libations and good chit-chat. The kitchen features shiny, high-quality appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Plus, there is a dishwasher for easy clean-up!

Downstairs, you’ll find another TV/living room with a plush L-shaped sofa, so you can watch two different shows without fighting over the remote. This downstairs area also features a washer and dryer, a full refrigerator, and a microwave for added convenience.

When time to rest and recharge, there are 5 charming bedrooms, four with plush queen beds and the other with two cozy twin beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo, one with a stand-in shower, and the master bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and rainfall showerhead.

There’s high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms for a remote worker who may need a quiet space to be productive and get some work done.

For outdoor and fresh-air moments, there’s a private yard to get some fresh air. It`s also a place where your furry friend can run and play!

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
The property is situated in a peaceful area of NW Atlanta, just 13 miles from the ATL airport, near parks, recreation and the BeltLine`s Southwest Connector Trail. You’ll be about 5 miles from Downtown and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, Interlock, tons of nightlife, dining options, shopping, and popular Atlanta attractions.

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located 7.2 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund.
- Extra cleaning service is available for a fee. Let us know in advance to book it.
- This is Georgia! There are many wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. While we do have quarterly pest control, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Please don’t use the towels to remove makeup. Makeup stains are difficult to get out, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
- Do not flush feminine products (e.g., tampons) or wipes down the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
- Check-out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! There is a smoke detector. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $250 fine.
- No parties or events are permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- A security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking site used to make the reservation. It is refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
