Bienvenue dans l'incroyable et calme Baie de Cul de Sac, réserve naturelle dans laquelle cohabitent tortues, raies, pélicans, et vacanciers heureux de se promener en kayak sur le célÚbre banc de sable, si peu profond que vous pourrez marcher sur l'eau.

La Villa Ocean, rĂ©novĂ©e et re-dĂ©corĂ©e en 2019 (photos Ă  jour, datant de Juillet 2019), est une Villa conçue exclusivement pour la location de vacances, situĂ©e dans les Terrasses de Cul de Sac, et offrant un accĂšs privĂ© au bord de mer, oĂč des kayaks (privĂ©s) sont Ă  votre disposition. En face de la Villa se trouve l'ilet Pinel, avec deux restaurants, une grande plage et des chemins de randonnĂ©e autour de l'ilet.

La Villa offre 3 chambres, chacune dotée de sa propre salle de bain complÚte, une grande cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, un salon extérieur, et une terrasse avec piscine.

Au depart de la Villa, vous pouvez faire du kayak, du snorkeling, du kite-surf (cours disponibles sur place) et de la nage.

A quelques minutes en voiture, vous trouverez un grand Supermarché, une boulangerie, des boutiques et restaurants, ainsi que d'autres plages (Baie Orientale, Grand Case, Anse Marcel, Friar's Bay, Happy Bay, Galion et plus encore!).

De nombreuses activitĂ©s peuvent ĂȘtre organisĂ©es, avec l'assistance de Nina (Manager de la Villa): sorties bateau, plongĂ©e sous-marine, randonnĂ©es, tyroliennes, sorties Ă  cheval, sports nautiques, etc).

The villa is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice (as beautiful as they are). We loved keeping the large glass doors open during the day to create one large open space. We did not find that we needed the air conditioning in the main living area, but took advantage of the units in the bedrooms. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing and catching some sun. The house is very well laid out and well stocked. It was nice not needing to purchase things like dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs and toilet paper. Kevin and Melissa were super responsive and helpful hosts. We enjoyed being so close to the water and having access to the kayaks. Our paddle over to Pinel Island was one of many highlights of the week, and we saw quite a few turtles as well as a sting ray!We loved the island and the friendly locals, and would certainly stay at this property again on our next trip!

My family of 5 had the best vacation to St. Martin! The villa was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and perfectly located to some amazing beaches. Access to kayaks couldn’t be easier. My 9, 13, and 14 year olds loved watching all the iguanas on the pool deck everyday. Kevin and Melissa were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our flight was cancelled on departure day due to U.S. attack in Venezuela and they worked to find us another place to stay for the night, even though they don’t manage it since this villa was booked. Overall, this was one our favorite vacations and we can’t wait to come back.

Cul de Sac Chill

My husband and I REALLY needed a vacation, and while sometimes it takes us at least a day to get comfortable and acclimated, that was not the case this time. We were staying for seven days, and wanted to get to the island as early as possible, to maximize our time, so we took the first flight out of NY arriving about 10a. By the time we got our luggage, got through passport control, went to the grocery store and made it to the Villa. This was the perfect location, close enough to “town” with great restaurants and more and short ferry ride to Pinel Island.This place is a true gem! The dĂ©cor is simple, yet very modern. The layout of an open floor plan with the sliding open patio doors is perfect for conversation while cooking and relaxing. It was only the two of us, so we only slept in the Master bedroom which was soooo comfortable making it hard to get out of bed everyday. While the indoor dĂ©cor was nice, it was outside that became our home away from home. We had breakfast on the shaded porch almost everyday, and we went from the porch, to the sundeck, to the pool 
.and repeat for days!!! On the day we decided to venture out and try out our kayaking skills the wind was a little high and the water not so calm, BUT we had a BLAST anyway! We visited most of the restaurant recommendations of the hosts and were very pleased. Even the pizza delivery was great. The hosts Kevin, Nina & Melissa were awesome! I can’t say enough about them. From before we arrived to our very last day

Wonderful Cul de Sac Stay!

Beautiful property, exactly like the pictures! Kevin and Nina were wonderful managers, very responsive to everything we needed. They even loaned us tv ability to watch the Suoer Bowl. The house itself is wonderful, we sat out on the spacious deck every evening
.barely ever sitting inside. Pool was great, used the grill, and the house was stocked with all we needed, even a drying rack and Bluetooth speaker! We hope to rent here again in this very safe and beautiful area!

A week at Villa Ocean

I cannot say enough about Villa Ocean, and the wonderful and kind hosts we had in Melissa, Nina, and Kevin. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The property is stunning with beautiful views, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was within a 10-minute drive, although we did venture to other parts of the island as well. Beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants nearby. We can't wait to go back and rent one of the properties offered by our hosts next year. From start to finish, this was one of the most seamless, best vacations we have ever been on. Thank you, Melissa, Nina, and Kevin!!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I traveled with our two adult children and their partners. The property was clean, quiet and beautiful. Each room has its own full bath. The owners/managers were VERY responsive. They answered all our questions via WhatsApp almost immediately. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Little Paradise

A wonderful, modern house with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We enjoyed the view and it’s only a minute walk to the sea where you can fetch your kayak to paddle to Pinel Island.The owners a very helpful and friendly and we are looking forward to come back one time.

Amazing trip!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was very clean, well furnished and in a perfect location to enjoy everything the French Side has to offer. The outdoor area was lovely to enjoy morning coffee or drinks in the evening. Kayaking to Pinel Island located right across the bay was such a fun experience (we opted to do this twice!) and Grand Case restaurants were delicious. I would highly recommend the concierge service that the villa offers, this service made our trip less stressful and the collaboration to customize it to our interests tailored every recommendation to be exactly what we were looking for! My husband and I cannot wait to return to St. Martin and Villa Ocean. Melissa, Nina and Kevin a heartfelt thank you again for the amazing service and memorable stay!

Picture perfect - best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

The stay here was absolutely wonderful for my family of five. It was so clean and came stocked with many of the essentials we needed to get started. The view is incredible and we loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee every morning. The kayaks were so nice to have and we made the trek to Pinel and stayed on the beach and ate there one day and snorkeled. We also did a boat day with captain jo boat charter one day and it was a blast. Also check out the Loterie for zip lining and an adventure in the trees- lots of wildlife to see. We saw several monkeys and iguanas and birds. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts in Kevin and Nina. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Villa with terrific view and location

Absolutely Perfect!

You know how sometimes is takes a few days to settle into vacation mode? Well, this trip flew by because we were immediately at home and wanted for nothing. This place is a gem - the layout is ideal for people who want to truly enjoy a fabulous island, the outdoors and a well-thought out space both inside and out. The decor is simple, the kitchen is functional and smart, the bedrooms were comfortable and private, and the outside area is AMAZING!! We bounced from the pool, to the sundeck to the shaded porch area and each of us quickly found our favorite spots and did not feel the need to go inside when the temperature peaked mid-day. The kayaking to Pinel island was so much fun and added to the adventure! The hosts (Nina and Kevin) were attentive and available if we needed them (we didn't!) and the housekeeping mid-week was appreciated! Don't hesitate with this one - the reality is even better than the pictures!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Our family, including children ages 8 to 17, loved the pool and outdoor living area. We were able to eat, play games, and just chill while enjoying the outside space. The property was as described and the views were great! Nina was wonderful and was available with any questions. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO ever!

This was the best vacation rental ever! The pictures don’t even do justice to this location. The outdoor area is loaded with multiple seating areas for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with various sizes of all needed pots, pans, dishes and all other items. Housekeeping was outstanding! The location is amazing and you have to take advantage of the kayaks to explore the shallow bay that is steps from the pool deck. Nina has thought of everything with this rental!

Wonderful Home and Wonderful Host

This home was was exactly what we wanted for our stay. It was fully stocked with all of our needs. It's quiet, secluded and has amazing views. We loved the private pool and having access to the kayaks to take the short trip over to Pinel Island. Nina was the most amazing host and readily available for suggestions and all our needs. Amazing family vacation in Cul de Sac

Nina is a terrific host - she was super accomodating and went the extra mile for me and my family. They installed additional pool fencing for safety for my children during our stay for added peace of mind and Nina even brought over personal toys for my baby! Top notch house, great indoor-outdoor living, clean and comfortable - and exactly as depicted online! You can't go wrong! Thanks Nina - we will be back ;)

Gorgeous Villa Beyond Expectations!

When I booked this vacation I saw the photos and read the reviews hoping it would live up to my expectations. Leading up to the vacation Nina was extremely responsive and ensured we had all the information we needed before we arrived. We also purchased the concierge package. Upon arrival we we were so happy when we walked into this villa and it was exactly like the photos. The view was breathtaking, and even better in person. The beds were comfortable, the pool was large and spacious, and we had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. She has this villa stocked with all the necessities plus everything you might need for fun (kayaks, life jackets, masks/snorkels, pool float, and much more). We rented a car (a must) because we drove to all the different areas to explore the island and have dinners/lunches during the week. The villa is located in a gated community which is private and very nice. We took the Kayaks to Pinel Island on our first day, enjoyed beach chairs/umbrellas, cocktails, and lunch. Another day we rented a boat which was wonderful. The food on the island is superb. Fun shopping in Grand Case. Overall, just perfect vacation. This has been the best rental property I have stayed at not only for the actual villa but because Nina has done such a great job!

Amazing!

We spent hours researching where we were going to stay. I am so glad we did because we found paradise! It was everything we wanted and more. We traveled with our three adult children and the layout was perfect. We scheduled a full week of activities - private boat charters, catamaran trips, etc. As soon as we arrived at the villa we decided that we should have planned more time there! On our first day we took the kayaks to Pinel. We stopped half way for a swim and saw sea turtles. Lunch at Karabuni was incredible. And to think this was in our back yard! The villa had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the pool was perfect. We swam every morning and every night. The pool and the villa were cleaned midweek. The manager was available if we needed anything - we didn't but he did check in to make sure we were happy. The location was ideal - very safe. It was close the grocery store where we would buy snacks and breakfast for the week. Anse Marcel is only a few minutes away. It is a beautiful beach/marina with restaurants - so pretty. Orient Bay was just down the road where we enjoyed a few dinners out. And Gran Case was also nearby. We spent one day at the beach there and had dinner at an amazing seafood restaurant, Ocean 82. We are already talking about a return trip!

Great visit!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Ocean. The house was exactly as advertised. Nina was fantastic
very accommodating, quick to reply to questions, and had great dining and activity recommendations. The accommodations were extremely comfortable
air conditioning in the bedrooms (and living space if you so desire), and the outdoor living space was where we spent all of our time. Great breeze off the water kept things relatively cool despite the warm temperatures. Captain Jo boat charter was fantastic too!

Wonderful

We could not have asked for a better house, location or people rent from. We were a group of 7 with 3 kids 7-14. One of the adults had a back injury and could not leave the villa, Henry was able to find a doctor that came to the house for us. He not only found him but also scheduled the visit. He checked in several times to see how everyone was and if there was anything we needed, it was absolutely wonderful!

Delightful Villa

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Ocean. Nina and Henri were excellent hosts, the villa was perfect, and we had a fabulous vacation as a result!

Absolute GEM

This was an entire-family return to Saint Martin for my daughter's wedding on the beach. We could not have selected a more perfect property for this special week! The home itself is a perfect one for six people (or eight with the additional bunkbeds). You walk into the unique scent of fresh wood and are surrounded by a minimalist and stunning decor. The openness to the spacious deck and bay view are welcoming and stunning. And the access to the beach and kayaks is convenient and fun. We used the kayaks daily for trips to Pinel Island, Little Key and my daughter's VRBO across the bay. Most importantly, Nina was the ultimate host - communicative, responsive and full of grace. She has lots of good recommendations for getting out and about, and a minor issue with water was responded to immediately (and her little boy was a delight!). Also, we highly recommend the concierge service... it was so nice having the refrigerator, cupboards and bar stocked before we arrived, after a long day of travel. Fantastic property, with wonderful, warm management!

Nous adorons les Antilles, nous adorons Saint Martin ! Nous sommes arrivés à St Barth sur un catamaran en 1986 and avons voyagé dans toutes les Antilles depuis.

Saint Martin est l'ßle que nous préférons car trÚs belle, dynamique et multi culturelle.

Nous nous sommes installés à Cul de sac, zone préservée et spot d'exception il y a 5 ans.

Notre fille Nina est maintenant la Manager de nos VIllas.

Notre Villa OcĂ©an est situĂ©e dans la partie Nord-Est de l’üle, loin de la partie bruyante de Saint Martin, dans ce que fut Ă  l’époque un hotel de luxe, vendu depuis en villas indĂ©pendantes.

La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate avec la mer, son emplacement dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs tranquille, au milieu d’un sanctuaire marine, font de la villa un lieu extraordinaire pour se relaxer et profiter de la Mer des CaraĂŻbes.
