The 4th Bedroom is detached from the main house, accessible via the deck and breezeway, and is a private pool bungalow with picture-perfect views of the pool and lush island foliage. This room features a queen bed, 50" Samsung SMART TV and an attached half bath.

Home also includes huge laundry room with full-size washer and dryer & and extra refrigerator; pool w/waterfall, brick pavers & outdoor shower, and plenty of furniture for enjoying the pool and the outdoors.
