Charmante maison à la plage avec toutes les nouvelles mises à jour et privée 2000 sq patio pieds

Pourquoi rester dans un hĂŽtel ou un condo et d'entendre vos voisins bruyants quand vous pouvez avoir votre propre maison avec une belle clĂŽturĂ© terrasse pavĂ©e privĂ©e avec une entrĂ©e privĂ©e de la maison. Buvez du cafĂ© dans votre pyjama, prendre une douche "au naturelle" dans la douche chaude / froide en plein air. La plage est un pĂątĂ© de maisons et une courte promenade, mĂȘme pour ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher! EntourĂ© par les hĂŽtels de luxe, cette partie de la plage, sur 9 rue ne permet pas la conduite de sorte qu'il est sĂ»r et serein. Si vous souhaitez conduire sur la plage, il est Ă  seulement quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons sur une rue. Ce chalet mignon de plage est loin de tous les restaurants et boutiques amusantes Ă  pied Ă  la plage, y compris CafĂ© 11, Sunset Grille, Panama Hatties, Mango Mango et plus encore. A quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de St. Augustin ou l'Alligator Farm, mĂȘme Marineland. Il y a beaucoup Ă  faire Ă  St. Augustine.


Décor: La maison a été entiÚrement rénové avec tous les nouveaux appareils et l'ameublement. Nouveaux comptoirs de quartz font la cuisine parfait pour se divertir. Une machine à glaçons et micro-ondes ont été ajoutés ainsi que de nouveaux planchers en bambou dans les chambres et une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse et un foyer au bois en plein air. Ce chalet de plage adorable a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour fabuleux à la plage, y compris les serviettes de plage et des chaises, un grand systÚme audio Bose à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, un confortable canapé-lit, de TV à écran plat dans le salon et les chambres et une belle décoration de la plage.

Cette maison est sef la restauration de sorte qu'il sera propre à votre arrivée et nettoyé lors de votre départ. Il y aura deux sacs poubelles et un rouleau de papier de toilette dans chaque salle de bains, mais vous aurez besoin d'apporter plus avec vous en fonction de la durée de votre séjour. Voir également apporter, détergent à lessive, des serviettes en papier et assiettes en papier, etc ...

Wonderful home, great location.

Our 3 generation, family of 5 really enjoyed our Easter week at Mimi's. Mimi was very helpful throughout the reservation process, kept us informed timely and answered many questions. The house is very nicely decorated and private backyard was lovely. Great location, easy walk to beach. St. Augustine tours within a 15 min. ride. Anastashia state park was alot of fun within 3 min ride. Food stores within 3 min. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks, Mim

Close to everything on the Island

Close to all good eats, beach 3 min. walk, close to attractions that the island offers. Beds ok. Comfortable. Everything you need, basics. Dated, cluttered, too many extension cords for my liking. Needs serious deep cleaning. Some outlets need repair. We used provided vac and cleaned the whole place as my granddaughter got a sliver of glass imbedded in her foot on first night. Price fair for what you receive. Overall would not stay again in future.

Superschönes Haus in perfekter Lage, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders toll ist die Terrasse mit jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fantastic Ending of 2020

Indeed this was a charming home as described at time of my booking. It was a beautiful cozy home and the back patio was amazingly wonderful with the fireplace and the perfect weather to receive the New Year 2021! The beach was just a skip away from the home, lots of places to eat. Great location. I definitely recommend to family & friends. I would stay here again and again.

Best Saint Augustine Stay EVER!

What an adorable beach house! It is completely decked out in beach decor! Very tastefully done. She even had a little Christmas tree up! It was a small little house but far from overcrowded. My husband, me, and our 11 year old grandsons, had plenty of room to relax. It is only 10 minutes to old town so it was perfect and Not congested. The beds were comfortable and not hard or soft. The two full bathrooms worked out great also. Full service kitchen and laundry. The backyard was amazing to sit out back and have a fire and roast marshmallows in! There was plenty of firewood, and also a gas grill. Mimi was a wonderful host! I can never stay in a hotel in “St. A” again!! Best holiday rental that I have literally ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back!!! 6 stars out of five....!

Absolutely fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mimi’s place. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. The house was perfect and conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for December and the cedar wood was a great touch! Thank you so much! We will definitely book again.

A Universe send

There is no better option than staying here! The back patio was so expansive and beautiful. Mimi was super flexible, easy to communicate with, and her house had everything you needed and more! Will be coming back to STA to stay here! We came for my daughter's college graduation, and it was five minutes away!

Great Place for Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house was clean comfortable. There are fans in each room, but the house itself is well ventilated and easy to cool. Great location; less than 5 min walk to the beach; easy drive into historic St. Augustine, local restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream parlor, and grocery store. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for us!

This property was VERY clean and cozy! We loved the house and the convenient location. It was perfect for a small family weekend. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to take advantage of the lovely outdoor patio. Hopefully in the future, we can stay again and make use of this lovely space.

Fantastic beach getaway!

Wonderful home, cheery, comfortable and very clean! Only a short walk to the beach. We were worried about crossing the street, but it was actually very easy with the crosswalk, flags, & signs for traffic to give pedestrians the right of way. Back patio was divine! Enjoying a crackling evening fire outside was a special treat. We really enjoyed using the outdoor shower. We also appreciated having ceiling fans in every room, and having an ice maker and garbage disposal in the kitchen were also a big bonus for us. Mimi’s communication was wonderful all around, covering what to expect, access, and care of the property. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was so nice to walk around to our favorite restaurants in the area, discovering back pathways lined with wild hibiscus. Thanks, Mimi!

Family space

Everything about the place was on point. Beautiful space, very beachy appeal. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-12 min from all site seeing. My husband, daughter, sister and I all very much enjoyed every bit of our stay. Mimi Thankyou for the stay and all of the recommendations you gave me for restaurants. We definitely will be staying again.

Great Place!

The property was as described. Mimi was very communicative and pleasant each time we messaged. We were very pleased with how clean the property was when we arrived. The backyard was huge and so comfortable. I wish we could have used it more but weather didn't cooperate. We were really just a short walk from the beach, ice cream, and a local coffee shop. Grocery stores and other shopping are a short drive away. Wonderful place to stay with family. Overall we recommend it!

Excellent location and backyard

Had an amazing time. House is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Loved the backyard and fireplace. Just walk across street to get to the beach, no more than 3 min walk.
