Annual Mothers Day celebration

Such a perfect spot. !! We love this place and Sharon and her husband or wonderful hosts. The pool is pristine and the cottage is well appointed.

Best location!

We enjoy staying here for many reasons, but the great location is the top of the list. In one direction, it is just a few houses to the sandy Atlantic beach. In the other direction, it is less than one block from a a major street that is walkable with sidewalks and many pedestrian crosswalks. There are at least 10-20 restaurants, coffee shops, bars and gift shops within a one mile walk. This rental home offers all the convenience of a quiet side street with none of the street noise or congestion.

Amazing beach house

Beach access was amazingly easy and location in general was fantastic. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was roomy and comfortable including the great outdoor space with heated pool and upstairs deck space. I want to go again.

Sweet Beach spot

We had a wonderful stay at 7B. A week with kids and grandkids. Excellent location to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the quick location to the local Publix
easy walk to the beach, where on both sides of the wooden walkway are turtles. Possible gopher tortoises? A quick walk to good restaurants on A street, nice bike rides are nearby thru some gorgeous neighborhoods, backyard pool was very nice and everyone loved the outdoor washer/dryer next to the outdoor hot/cold shower. I have already booked again for the entire house A/B for 2025. Excellent beach week to remember.

Annual Vacation

Every summer we take a weekly vacation to St. Augustine Beach and this summer we decided to stay at a property we had stayed in the past. It was as we remembered. A wonderful experience all around. Wonderful!

What can I say except what so many others have said here? This place is fantastic. We had both sides for the 11 of us , ranging from age 6 to 72. Great location to the beach and restaurants ( we loved Kookaburra Coffee and Mayday Ice Cream), awesome pool, beach and pool accessories, comfortable & attractive cottage, nicely decorated, and Sharon was a great & responsive host!

Lovely getaway

My 2 adult daughters and my 8 year old grandson stayed at the Beachcomber cottage over Mother’s Day weekend. It was fabulous! The cottage is setup for easy flow and private areas. The pool area is glorious with tropical landscaping. The location is perfect. We will come again!

My husband and I have been living in Saint Augustine Beach for 13 years now! We vacationed here for 23 years before that! Every April we came down with our children and stayed with grandpa for a few weeks to a month and loved it!
My dream was always to own a home near the beach and to have a vacation rental business and my dreams have come true. I love meeting my guests and insuring that they have a great time. A few of my prior guests own homes here now and we are great friends! I live one mile from the beach house so am right here to help with anything you may need. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

During my vacations here years ago I dreamt about owning a home in Saint Augustine Beach close to the ocean. My husband is a builder and so we saw this house in need of TLC and it was right where we wanted to be. It is on a lot and a half which enabled us to put in the pool in the backyard and add the additional bedroom on to the back of the house. I love the neighborhood feeling. We are one block off A Street which has restaurants and surf shops, on a quiet street where we can watch the surfers head to the beach!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I knew I could renovate this property to be a beautiful beach house and every year we add and change and upgrade! It is a constant work in progress but a fun job for us!! I've filled the house with artwork and shells and everything beachy so you feel totally relaxed and happy upon entering!!
