This is a great location for the Amphitheater. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor sitting area is nice as well.

Perfect location to everything , in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home. This was our second stay in this home and we will book it again! The owner was very responsive too.

This home was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away.Location couldn’t have been better.Close to the lighthouse and alligator farm but still felt private. Definitely will stay again our next time in St Augustine!

Very very comfortable accommodations. Close to most activities and Old town. Hot tub was an added bonus. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Neighborhood was quiet. Will recommend this property to friends and family and stay here again on our next visit to this area

Amazing House with an Amazing Host!

Everything about our stay was amazing from start to finish! The house is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic back porch area complete with a sofa, TV, fan, and Jacuzzi. Even in the June Florida heat, we enjoyed our time outside just as much as indoors.The home itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with three large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was the perfect setup for our group.We were hosting a small BBQ during our stay and, upon inspection the night before, noticed the grill grates were completely rusted. We notified Jonathan, mentioned our backup plan, and suggested he check them after our departure. To our surprise, the next morning Jonathan arrived with a brand-new grill and full propane tank before any of our guests arrived. An absolutely amazing host to match an equally amazing house!I would highly recommend staying here, whether you’re looking for a local staycation or visiting from out of town. It’s super close to the beach and less than a five-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Wonderful home with beautiful backyard in great location! Modern, updated and very clean with off street parking and all the amenities. Walking distance to St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Alligator Farm. Highly recommend. Jonathan was very responsive during our stay.

Amazing all around

We came down for a long weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds... Terrific location for any and everything you want to do in St. Augustine. Close to downtown and the beaches!!

Graduation Stay

Great location, very clean. Only issue was that the microfiber sheets were a little hot and scratchy. Otherwise a very comfy house and we really enjoyed our stay.
