Sienna 903 Lovely 2/2 Overlooking the Gulf

Lovely two-bedroom, two bath condo overlooking the Gulf. Very nicely furnished with fabulous views of the sunrises! There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The sectional sofa makes into a queen bed and there is a chair in the laundry room that makes into a small twin bed for a child. We have a large Flat screen TV in the living room and smaller flat screens in the master and second bedroom. Enjoy the huge zero entry outdoor pool or relax in the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Sienna also offers a well equipped fitness center. The complex is gated and enjoys onsite security.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Kitchen light blinking, so many bulbs out, entry door very difficult to push open. HARD bed! No batteries in one of the ceiling fan remotes. Absolutely perfect location for our stay! Much more affordable pricing than most others. Cool infinity pool!

Relaxing and comfortable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. First and Last time

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: well you could replace this run down couch that's leaving stuff all over our clothes when we sit on it. and the kingsized bed feels like we are sleeping on a sheet of plywood and hurting our backs. Could use bigger tvs in the bedrooms and it could have a working keypad for the front door so we don't have to share 1 key.. The patio door from the living room could use a curtain to block out sun. And you could use some kind of stopper to keep the fridge door from slamming into pantry door handle and denting it in, plus steam clean the carpet to remove all the stains.. And the front door doesnt shut all the way unless to push it cause it sags a little..Other than that everything is great.. great view of the ocean atleast.

Incomplete instructions for checkin, the code didn’t work.

We were dismayed about the dirty carpet, the worn sectional sofa, a lamp shade that needed to be replaced, it was torn in several places, the curtain rod no longer was attached to the wall. The Oster blender was filthy, we had to clean it to use it. There was a lack of high enough wattage of light bulbs. Difficulty seeing what you were cooking on the stove. Failure to paint around the thermostat that was smaller than the previous one. Holes in the walls and ceiling. The VRBO listing said Cable or Satellite TV channels, that was disconnected and it was now a SmartTV with streaming and apps with no instructions. We stayed a week and the listing wasn’t corrected to say streaming and apps The beds were comfortable. The appliances were new. The grounds and swimming pools were very nice and so was the hot tub. Because I mentioned all these things to New Concepts, I was given a $113 refund.

Better than Pictures

The condo was even better than what the pictures show! Roomy and loved the big windows and swivel chair to see the water. We had several hiccups with getting into the room and then spent hours cleaning it ourselves. Plenty of dishes for cooking and washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Traffic noise from road below drowned out beach sounds from balcony but a quick walk across the road, and you’re on the sand by the water’s edge. No crabs but plenty of jellyfish. Shallow water and shells with the tides.

Girl's Trip

Location was great. Kitchen was not well stocked. (no crockpot, no sharp knifes, no serving bowles, few eating utensils, only partial role of paper towels and 4 pods of dish washer detergent for 6 days) Unit was advertized as sleeping 6, but there were no bedding for the queen size fold out couch or the twin size chair bed in the laundry room. Carpet was stained in dining/living area. Digital door lock did not work so we were given 1 key for the 5 of us. Base of the blender had not been cleaned after use and it was filthy.

Beach trip

The property was not overall what we would consider clean. Bedding covers had not been washed. Towels were cheap and not washed. Patio was not clean. Shower doors were not clean. For the fees we paid when booking we expext a clean unit.
