Cette copropriété joliment décorée de 1 284 pieds carrés est située à 100 mètres de l'ascenseur Snowflake et juste en face de la piste de ski Four O'Clock. Située sur Four O'Clock Road, cette unité se trouve à quelques pas d'un arrêt de navette Breckenridge Free Ride et à seulement un pâté de maisons de la rue Main, vous permettant de vous rendre à pied à tout ce que Breckenridge a à offrir.

Ce condominium de deux chambres, deux salles de bain et demi peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Dans le salon, vous trouverez de nombreux sièges pour vous asseoir sur un canapé en cuir moelleux ou une chaise longue et regarder votre film DVD préféré à la télévision. Si vous préférez passer un peu de temps à lire votre livre de vacances, ce salon ouvert vous offrira tout le confort dont vous aurez besoin à côté du foyer à gaz chaud.

La cuisine gastronomique, comptoir en granit et armoire en bois a tous les appareils nécessaires; cafetière, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four et r��frigérateur. Profitez de votre repas fait maison préparé dans le confort de votre propre unité à la table à manger en bois rustique pour six personnes. Si vous recherchez plus d'un repas à emporter, rendez-vous au comptoir pour quatre personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit King qui est enfermé dans une literie confortable avec des meubles d'accent en bois. La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen confortable encastré dans une literie inspirée de la montagne. Les deux chambres sont situées au deuxième étage du condo et sont équipées de somptueuses couettes et édredons de luxe. Si aucune des chambres ne fournit suffisamment d'espace pour dormir, il y a un canapé-lit Queen dans l'unité. Ce condominium dispose également d'un balcon privé invitant où vous pouvez vous retirer pour surplomber la cour et profiter du temps calme que nous chérissons tous en vacances.

Roomy and Comfortable Breckenridge Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Sundowner II and it didn't disappoint. The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom with everything we needed for the perfect stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a desk available for anyone who needs to catch up on work, and the wifi was fast. We especially like how quiet it is - no noise from neighbors and you can barely hear others moving around the unit. The views from this particular unit are from the kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms but the unit is generally light and bright, with a cozy patio overlooking the courtyard and a fireplace to warm things up in the evening. We also really appreciated there being so many tissue boxes around the unit! Sounds small but the elevation change does a number on our sinuses so having easy access was very much appreciated! Breckenridge Resort Managers were very easy to work with and provided everything we needed in the detailed emails we received in advance of our stay. We extended our stay by a day and the process was easy. We would definitely stay in a property they manage again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Sundowner II - perfect location for access to the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main St. The condo was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and bedding as well.

Great location
Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.

Loved that we were able to ski in and ski out from the Snowflake chair! Toby was very responsive and quickly sent someone to fix the fireplace for us. He was also very accommodating about letting us check out later due to bad weather and flight changes. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location
This condo was in a great location - a short walk up the hill leads to a pretty little 1+ mile loop reservoir hiking trail (Snowflake Run) and a short couple of blocks the other way is Main St. Great for a quick Labor Day weekend trip. The condo was clean and the main floor layout was very spacious. The balcony overlooking a little path with lots of trees was really nice - much more private then some of the other condos in downtown Breck. The ONLY cons were that the master bath was really small and there weren't many extra pillows. My daughter slept on the pullout and we only found one extra pillow. Not a big deal. They can't do anything about the master bath - it's updated as much as they can - it's just small and I like my counter space. :) Check-in/out was super easy - they just send you the code prior to checking in and you just leave when you're done! Parking is limited - only one spot and it's first come/first serve in the underground garage with no surface lot parking, so if you're traveling with more than one family just keep that in mind. This would be a good skiing location, although the walk up to the Snowflake Lift would be a little tough in ski boots. Doable, though.

Overall experience was great at this location. I enjoyed that it was close to the lifts. The only thing that was a little tough was the parking since we only have one space. The hottub and pool were nice amenities after snowboarding.

Ski Vacation - Perfect Spot
We had a group of 3 friends and were extremely pleased with our stay. The condo is larger than the pictures indicate, with plenty of room to spread out. The condo is also in a prime location, with a 100-yard walk to the snowflake lift, and a short walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice summer weekend in Breck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is centrally located and a short walk from Main Street, the hub for shopping, restaurants and equipment rentals. The walk back is uphill. Access to the condo from covered parking is by elevator. The unit itself is well appointed, with two bedrooms upstairs (each having it's own full bath) and a half bath downstairs. Washer and drier are in the half bath. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are open concept with a rustic feel. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was very clean, and everything worked well, although we didn't try the fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet mornings and evenings. There is a small patio with a view only of other buildings, and the upstairs windows are high on the wall and offer limited mountaintop views. Overall, a good location and comfortable option for your stay.
