The space
Goodland By The Sea is our recently remodeled 4-bedroom corner-lot home, perfectly situated on the outskirts of Santa Barbara.

The main living area combines an open floor plan with recliner-couches and chairs leading to the spacious kitchen, boasting a beautiful oversized center island that’s perfect for hanging out, eating together, or getting some work done.

The backyard offers ample space to relax or dine al fresco, and the garage features a ping pong table, surfboards, bikes and an extra refrigerator.

The Master Bedroom features a private patio space, with direct access. There is a dedicated office desk in bedroom #1, two twin beds in bedroom #2, a queen in bedroom #3 and a queen in bedroom #4.
Guest access
The entire property is open to our guests, including the garage.
Other things to note
Ample parking as this is a corner lot. Easily fit two cars on the driveway, and there is street parking in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The owner lives close by in case there are any issues that arise.
