Seuls deux pùtés de maisons de la plage, dans le centre. Il est juste une courte promenade de restaurants, dépanneur et environ 8 blocs du centre-ville. Utilisé à la fois comme une location de vacances et comme un séjour en famille.
La maison est situĂ©e dans le secteur de la rue prĂ©sidentielle est dans Midtown. La maison dispose d'un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et planchers de bois franc. Le plafond voĂ»tĂ© permet un balcon du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage Ă  nĂ©gliger dans les piĂšces principales (cuisine et salon). Cela crĂ©e un coin confortable avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle. Avec la cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz dans le coin et la baie siĂšges de fenĂȘtre tel est le moyeu central de la maison.

Cozy home to spend the holidays

Vrbo as described. House is nice and has all the necessities. We liked the front porch to sit out and watch the rain come down. It has plenty of room for large family. Just a few blocks from the beach and can easily walk to town.

we thought the house was very nice. The location was very good, short walk to the beach; short walk to “uptown “. The neighborhood was very nice also. we would’ve loved to have beach chairs, because we love to sit and read on the beach.

Wonderful place to make memories

This was an amazing property. The beach, downtown and the park were all within walking distance. The owners were very helpful and prompt in answering. My family and I made some amazing memories here. My youngest will always remember that this place is where she learned how to ride her bike.

Cannon Beach Trip

We had a great stay in this house. Easy beach access, house was great for a family of four and just a 10 minute walk to downtown. Haystack Rock is also just a short walk for the early morning low tide and tide pools. I would recommend this house.

Wonderful Beach House

This is our second time staying at this wonderful beach house. This home is in a great location on a quiet street and is very close to the beach ! Our kids love this house just as much as we do. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Great place and great location!

We had a ton of family fun for all ages at this property as it has great walk ability to the beach and the town. The home was clean and everything worked great, and the property owners were easy to communicate with. Enjoy!

Close to Haystack Rock

Positive: This is an economical property given the number of bedrooms and baths. Great internet connection. Close location to Cannon Beach shops and beautiful beach. Negatives: Loft floor plan means even small noises are heard throughout house. Lots of ornamental clutter, master bed needs replacement and lacks bedside tables and dresser. Outdoor grill was old, rusty and unusable. Backyard area was not maintained and was unusable. Main view is a busy side street. On street parking not controlled and made the street one way when approaching the intersection with main S. Hemlock St. where the Sea Breeze Court seems to be using on street parking ad overflow parking for their guests.

Amazing Beach House

We loved our stay at the beach house! The house is so spacious and comfortable! We always had a wonderful nights sleep here and it was very quiet and peaceful. We loved everything about this home. The location is great, the yard is lovely, the porch is fantastic, the outdoor shower is awesome, and the fireplace was relaxing! We will be back for sure! Thank you for renting your beautiful beach home. We made great memories during our stay and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed so far.

We had a fantastic 9-night stay at Tracey's 3 bedroom house near the beach. (The description says "3 blocks" from the beach, but it's really about a block and a half - out of sight, but a very short walk!) The house is very nice inside and out. Spacious, airy, updated, with lots of natural light throughout. Well supplied kitchen (we did bring our blender), comfortable living spaces, nice-sized bedrooms and closets. There's a private yard/patio area in back, as well as the large yard in front and a wrap-around porch. A special treat was the warm outdoor shower - fabulous for washing the sand off before entering the house, and really convenient for rinsing wetsuits and beach gear. Although the description says 3 bedrooms, the 3rd floor loft makes a great additional sleeping space, especially for kids or teens. (Two twin beds.) We vacation in Cannon Beach annually, and typically have stayed north of town. I was concerned about renting a place more centrally located - would the area be too crowded and noisy? But in fact, we really liked the location. There are several coffee shops and other stores within a couple of blocks, yet the house is far enough off of the main drag that it's very quiet. It was a 10-minute walk into the main part of town. Even with kids, town was close enough to make the walk completely manageable - although we spent far more time at the beach! The house is north of Haystack Rock itself - but close enough that we enjoyed the beach walk to explore tidepools during low tides on several mornings. Communication with Tracey was easy - very quick responses to any questions, as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, we loved staying here. Thank you so much for making your house available!

Truly a home away from home!

This large, well maintained home is super comfortable and cozy with a lovely kitchen, gas burning fireplace and comfy beds in all four bedrooms. Two bathrooms make it perfect for families or traveling with friends, and the washer/dryer and outdoor shower make it easy to stay clean after lots of time on the beach (just 5 minutes from your door). I think the thing that stands out most about this house is how much it felt like a home, and how hard it was to leave. In addition to the outstanding accommodations, the town of is charming with great restaurants in walking distance, and the parks and hikes nearby are spectacular with old growth trees, crashing waves and wildflowers in the summer. I went in June of 2018, and hope to go back next year. If you go be sure to check out the beaches between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. My favorite was Hug Point which is easy to access and beautiful.

Great home for a vacation stay at Cannon Beach.

We spent 2 week here in August and had a great time. The house pretty new and comfortably sleeps 8 in the bedrooms and the loft. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils we needed plus lots of common cooking ingredients such as spices, oil, flour, etc. There is Internet but no TV which suited us just fine. There is a nice supply of puzzles and children's toys. I liked the outdoor shower head with warm water for washing off sand from the beach. The house is located 2 1/2 short blocks to the beach and it is easy to walk everywhere in Cannon Beach. Lots of restaurants, galleries nearby. I especially enjoyed walking to the Sleepy Monk coffee house in the mornings. :)

Perfect location and excellent set-up for a family with small kids

The house was wonderful - our kids immediately found the third story "lookout room" and ended up spending whole lot of time up there with the dollhouse and other toys provided. The house was clean, warm, well equipped, and fit our needs perfectly. A couple of the nights were a bit cool so having some wine next to the gas insert was awesome after the kids went to be upstairs. Perfect location as its only, as the advertisement says, 3 blocks to the beach. Turns out we could easily walk to the nearby store as well as take a little bit longer but overall very nice walk to town (pig and pancake became a morning breakfast routine for the kids). The kids want to come back and we'd definitely try to book the house again. To top it off we left a couple items at the house and the owners were gracious enough to post them to us which was very much appreciated. Great House....Great Owners - well done! Only other feedback is to update the site concerning a barbecue - we saw in the reviews that there wasn't one and brought our own small one.

A comfortable holiday home

A lovely, comfortable house, which was ideal for our family of 5. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but still very quiet, with very little through traffic even on a sunny August day (although be aware that the main Cannon Beach party venue is yards away and can get loud on a Saturday night. Even so, the music was turned off at 10pm, which was ok for us). The attic room has windows all round, and although it has no blinds was still fine for our 18 year old to sleep in (and you can hear the ocean). Everything was good quality and clean, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Four adults three toddlers = great time

Very nice house with a great wrap-around veranda. Being set back on a quiet street made the house seem a lot more private than you might think from the photos. Kitchen/dining/living area has a great layout and the place is nicely furnished. There are coffee shops half a block away, the beach is 5 minutes walk, but groceries are a drive. We had a fantastic time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were so nice and very helpful in ensuring that we had what we needed. The house is nicely appointed and you'll be comfortable. A short walk to beach or town. Note that there's no tv and no bbq easily available.

Excellent home and location

I don't want to rate this rental home too highly because it will get too popular for me to "book it". This is a home not just a rental. Very well equiped with everything one needs for a peaceful stay in an artsy village. A great price! Home is better than the pictures show.
