Welcome to our charming & cozy home nestled in the heart of north Houston. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our property will make you feel right at home. This modern 3 bed 2.5 bath home is centrally located only a short 30 minute drive from Conroe to the North, IAH (Airport) to the east, from downtown to the south, and Cypress from the West. Has quick access to a variety of restaurants and a multitude of well-maintained parks.

The House has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 with the following sleeping arrangements:
Master Bedroom Downstairs (1 King)
Upstairs Bedroom #1 (1 Queen + 1 Futon)
Upstairs Bedroom 2 (1 Queen + 1 Rollaway Bed)

If more than 6 bath towels or extra blankets are needed please message to request these items prior to your stay to guarantee that there will be enough to accommodate your party!

Amenities include a dedicated work space, a workout room, laundry room with washer and dryer onsite.

All Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40 per trip.
Additional charges may incur if pets causes damage to property.

Lovely Home

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is amazing and very comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. The dogs loved exploring the yard and cat house.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a couple of months while checking out houses in the area. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The place was better than the pictures showed. Plenty of space and felt very homey. The kitchen has plenty of appliances which was useful since we cook a lot. The side yard was great for dogs and the neighborhood is in a great location, quiet at night. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The biggest issue was the plumbing. Both downstairs toilets had issues which led to both of them being stopped up and basically out of commission for most of the stay. The owner was slow to respond and eventually sent someone to look at the toillets. They said they were fixed but when we returned to home that evening, they were not fixed. After the first flush, each toilet was backed up again. The master toilet (or shower) caused water to leak on the floor overnight. Fortunately, the upstairs bathroom and shower were nice and worked well. But it was difficult for 5 adult women to navigate with 2 toilets out of commission,. The downstairs shower was very small and old and though I think it was clean, it did not appear to be so due to age and staining. The house was mostly clean, but it definitely shows its age and wear and could use some repairs of cracks and water stains on ceiling, etc... The kitchen has super basic items but very cheap and random, The main frying pan was dented and very thin. There was no corkscrew to open wine. Be prepared if you rent this home.

Wedding weekend with friends and kids

I stayed for one weekend for a local wedding, with two friends and two children. There were books and games available and the kids particular loved playing Battleship (a lot!!). Very clean and spacious. One thing I would note is to request any bedding you need other than the 3 beds ahead of time. There is a blow up bed and a twin cot in addition to the two queens and one king, but you need to let host know in advance if you want to use them. The host was quick in communicating with us before and during the stay and we would definitely stay there again!

The space is nice size and visually well represented in pictures. is close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and in a nice neighborhood close to our family we were there to visit. A/C is not able to keep up with the Houston heat and the upstairs stays much warmer than downstairs. On our second and last day there it rained and cooled to 80s outdoors and the A/C still struggled to cool the space. Without ceiling or other fans it was uncomfortable and the basic beds/pillows did not provide any remedy. Ice maker does not work, smoke detector missing in the downstairs bedroom only the connect plate remains. Downstairs bathroom has a tub and stand up shower. On day one the shower was used 1 time for just a few minutes. The second and last morning of our stay the tub was used and upon draining the water came back up through the shower and flooded the bathroom. The listing claims you will feel welcomed and pampered. The reality is a property the hosts are not willing to maintain to standard and will not respond once you have checked out.

The location was perfect for our trip. Close to Champions golf course and plenty of food options nearby. Accommodations are nice, very spacious for the price. My only complaint was the master bathroom could have been cleaned better and the dishwasher did not work. Amazing piano though, great addition to the space, especially if someone on your trip knows how to play. Overall a good experience for a good price.
