This OCEAN FRONT condo has all you need to vacation in OCMD. Just steps away from the beach and ocean - plus enjoy the outdoor pool! 1BR 1BA condo with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and plenty of lounging space to relax. Washer & dryer in the unit. Walking distance to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Higgins Crab House, Tommy's Subs, Coins Pub, Pit & Pub, Salty Dog, and Barn 34. Short walk to the convention center & the boardwalk! Bring your bike & bike to the boardwalk and rides!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location

Overall it was a good trip. Our condo was nice but a little general maintenance would make it even better. The kitchen floor had missing tiles which made it look not so great, and the storm door at the entrance didn’t close. Overall I would recommend this condo to a small family or couple. Great location, management very responsive through the VRBO App, and most importantly the AC worked great! Parking was no issue, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly modern. I would stay again!!

My family had an incredible weekend staying here. steps from the beach, the space was immaculate and even had some fun beach items for us to use. This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks. Looking forward to staying there again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. The booking and checking in process couldn't have been any easier. The condo was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items. The layout was great with comfortable furniture that left a nice open space in the living room to enjoy the wall of windows/doors overlooking the ocean. The weather was not great for our stay so having such a nice homey comfortable place to spend the weekend really made a difference. I have spent rainy weekends in hotel rooms and it's miserable. The location of this building is perfect for our needs also. We walked to breakfast each morning and dinner 2 nights. We really didnt have to use our car or the bus. We will be renting again next summer!

Boardwalk Rock Festival stay

We chose this property for the ocean view and what we thought was close to the festival. We quickly discovered that there are two Jolly Rogers parks and we were 2.2 miles from the festival. We still made the best of it! The place is nice and we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony in the morning. The host stayed in communication with us and made everything a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

Great spot, with a wonderful view of the sunrise, ocean, and beach. Unit itself is fully functional, but is ‘tired’ and ‘worn.’ We think we read that an end of season refurbishing is coming - which will be welcomed. Unit supported our needs for a long weekend getaway. Manager was communicative and helpful. No issues to report.

Nice condo

Very nice condo, great location. Only reason we gave it four stars is it really needed updating. Our sliding door was broken so we could not use that during our stay, however, they did offer to come fix it - it just wasn’t convenient to have someone come and do that since we had a very short stay. We were told that after this season the condo is getting a lot of updates. It was a little more expensive than another condo we stayed in last year, especially considering it wasn’t updated.
