******** IMPORTANT ELEVATOR NOTICE ********

The building elevator will be out of service from November 2, 2026 through approximately January 11, 2027 due to a scheduled elevator renovation. Our condo is located on the 4th floor and will only be accessible by stairs during this period. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group may have difficulty using stairs.

******** PET POLICY ********

We welcome up to two small dogs, each weighing no more than 30 lbs, from October 1 through April 30.

Per Ocean City regulations, dogs are not permitted on the beach or Boardwalk between May 1 and September 30. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.

A $60 pet fee applies to guests bringing pets.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own:

* Bed sheets and pillowcases
* Bath and beach towels
* Toiletries for the duration of their stay

Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided. We also provide an initial starter supply of basic toiletries and household essentials.

******** BOOKING REQUIREMENTS ********

* A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
* We do not rent to high school seniors.
* A copy of a valid photo ID for the primary renter is required to confirm the booking.
* The Rental Agreement must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking.
* Guests must follow all house rules and policies, including no smoking or vaping inside the condo.

Our vacation rental is personally owner-operated. We do not use a property manager or rental agency, allowing us to communicate directly with our guests throughout the booking process and their stay.

All reservations must be booked through VRBO.

Our pricing includes all required fees with no hidden fees.
