This complex has a newly rebuilt, large community pool, ready for the kids to jump in! There are Charcoal Grills provided in the courtyard. Also, this complex offers covered parking for up to 2 vehicles at no extra charge!

Inside this great 2-bedroom home, the Primary Suite includes a King Size Bed, Mounted HDTV with ROKU, balcony access, a full bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom provides a Twin over Full bunkbed with a pull out Twin, mounted HDTV and access to the guest bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The spacious floorplan will accommodate the entire family, up to 6 people. The living room even has a Sofa Sleeper for extra sleeping, a large HDTV with ROKU, and access to the large private balcony. There is even a stackable washer and dryer inside for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen will assist in preparing a great meal to take out and sit on the private balcony with brand new furniture and a view of our protected wetlands. *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Some items have been provided by the owner for your use. (i.e.: wheeled beach cart, a few beach chairs, and some toys.) Previous guests may leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
