Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Apartment at Hollywood Beach

If you have ever dreamed of staying right on the beach and sleeping while listening to ocean breezes, this property is right for you. We are an oceanfront property with only 7 apartments, located in Hollywood Beach. Located one mile south of the Hollywood Broadwalk makes us very quiet and private but yet, you can be where the action is in minutes by walking, riding a bike or rollerblading. The apartment is located on the first floor. It is a corner unit, so you have ocean views from all sides
The space
The apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, three HD TV's with cable, private WiFi and safe. All linens included. Housekeeping once a week included in stays over one week. We are pet friendly as long as pets are well behaved, vaccinated and under flea control. Minimum rental is one week when available. Monthly rates are perfect for extended stays if you are being transferred and need temporary housing or if you are escaping the cold up north and want to stay for the winter months. There is a gas BBQ with tables outside of the unit to enjoy. We offer lounges that you can take to the beach and free parking.
Other things to note
Limited amount of less than 30 days rental is available as per City of Hollywood Vacation rental Ordinance.
There are extra towels and linens in the unit for your use. A vacuum cleaner and broom are also included in the unit.
You may park in any space available. There are no assigned spaces. The user and password for the WiFi are posted behind the front door.
The garbage container is located at the north end of the parking lot. There is a lock on it and the combination is 2-4-6-8.
