Important Fees to Note
Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $40 plus tax is charged at check-in with Hyde Resorts. This fee includes access to the beach and pools, and covers two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Additional Beach Rentals: For any extra chairs or umbrellas, please pay directly to Esteban's Place, the beach management vendor. You'll find them just north of the building, easily recognizable by their red and white umbrellas. The front desk can also assist you with directions.

Valet Parking Fee: Valet parking is available for $38 per day plus tax.

Accueil peu aimable à l'arrivée. Appartement trÚs malpropre. Murs abimés et meubles malpropres, Manque d'ustensiles et de vaisselle.( que nous avons dû re-laver). 2 verres à vin, pas de tasse à café de format normal, pas de bol à salade, pas d'essoreuse à salade. (etc) Une ampoule grillée non remplacée, malgré une demande à cet effet. Les coûts du resort sont prohibitifs, surtout que l'accÚs à la plage était limité en raison des travaux effectués sur celle-ci. ( va et vient continuel de camions poids lourds et nombre de chaises limité. Une journée, l'accÚs nous a été refusé en raison du manque de transats à 10h15.

Beautiful view and great location! Just a little disappointed that I had to remind them I booked for 5 guests when they had 4. We also only had two bath towels for 5 people.

Awful experience. The unit was filthy on arrival stained linens, hair in the bedding and bathroom, and even a used soap in the shower. We spent our first night cleaning and buying supplies just to make it livable. Only enough clean bedding for 3 guests despite being listed for 5. Garbage disposal was broken, causing foul-smelling water to back up into the sink. The host promised compensation but stopped responding. Would never stay here again.

The view is simply amazing! Location is great. The apt was clean . Beach staff was super accommodating. Front desk staff was very helpful l.will definitely come back.

Perfect weekend!

We were in for a short weekend trip for some beach time and warm weather. The balcony is huge and such a perfect view, just don't look down! The elevator was kind of a pain during crowded times, but that's life on the beach we had no issues getting our chairs and towels on the beach. Bonus - there is a 7-11 across the street so you can escape the 10 waters at the lobby cafe AND there's a free transit shuttle to Hollywood boardwalk!

Amazing Views

The views are as amazing as the pictures posted. Spacious condo for two people with nice kitchen. Balcony is incredible for dynamic view of beach and intercoastal. Easy access to the beach. Check in/out was easy, security and valet staff all excellent. Note owner's guidance to get beach chairs early as it does get crowded. We had a great visit.

We thought the location was perfect. Th room was clean and had everything we needed. This was a short stay before a cruise, but would definitely come back for a longer stay!! Stunning views!!

Great location, great view, can be made better

The property is stunning beautiful, location, view, building are great. However, there are a few points that could be improved.The host has rather weird requests. We were asked to dispose of garbage and check out an hour before the check-out time. The apartment has 2 coffee machines, but no capsules for them. It has a dishwasher, but no powder or tablets for it. The kitchen could have been cleaned better. The building has 4 elevators. It appears that only 1 is working at a time. This elevator is taking everyone. One can easily get into elevator with a huge cleaning cart with accompanying fragrances. This is not a pleasant experience. There are sometimes also lines to get into elevator and long waiting times.

Serenity.

Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the waterways and ocean was wonderful with choices of places to sit. And cocktails in the evening were just as fabulous.!

Great views and beautiful beach

We enjoyed the views of this property. It has potentail but needs a deep cleaning... the resort fee covers 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as other things, we felt it was worth the extra cost so we didnt hve to haul or beach chairs and umbrella ourselves. Restaurants close, bar on the beach comes around and takes orders as well as delivering to your beach chair. We had a great time staying here.

Nice view, but very dirty

The view of the balcony was wonderful. However, the floor was very visibly dirty upon arrive with food crumbs etc still remaining from prior guests. An absolute must to wear shoes in the apartment the entire time. Also, the comforter appears to have bodily fluids/dried blood on it.

Condo wasn't very clean, everything in short supply including kitchen. Sofabed could only sleep 1 person comfortably, no mirrors in entire condo except for in bathroom, property staffs are rude and doesn't have good manners. Valet people drive reckless and make screeching sound while driving vehicles, pool closes 8 pm, jacuzzi has faulty jets and most are non functional. Only thing was great was the view from condo!
