This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and built in twin bunk beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure
Complimentary Umbrella and 2 Beach Chairs!!!

Best time !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 days in unit 1105. Beautifully decorated condo, 2 bed 2 bath with auxiliary bunk beds (sleeps 6). Great unit would definitely rent here again.

Overhaul Pool Rules and Staffing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit (1105) was everything we could have needed in a vacation rental. Great furniture, supplies and space. The location was great and the view was wonderful. I own a vacation rental in Indiana, so I am observant in how a property is maintained, what supplies are offered and the quality of furnishings/equipment that is provided. The primary turn off for my family was how rude and overbearing the "Pool Police" were. I understand that maintaining a safe environment is primary and that rules are required to make that happen. However, not being allowed to have a bottle of water, near the pools edge, is criminal in the Florida weather. I watched one group, that had just arrived, being reprimanded about not having on an armband on the pool deck. They explained that they are just waiting for the text saying their unit is ready for early check-in. The pool security made them leave the pool deck. Same thing happened to my husband. Our group may choose to stay somewhere else next time due to how the pool is being monitored and closed at the strangest times. There was not even a sign explaining that the pool was closed, just a grouchy guards throwing their hands around and being exceptionally rude to people. Talking to other guests, everyone felt that it was a bit excessive. Plus it is hard to justify the closing of the pool when you can clearly see the two pools next door, fully operational. I wish I could say that we would come again, but that single issue was the thing that did us in. You really need to address the staffing and formulate a better way to improve customer satisfaction. Your guests have spent a lot of money to spend their vacation at your facility. TO be treated like the staff would rather you not be there is directly reflecting on the Management of Gulf Crest. Short of the pool issues, everything else was wonderful. If you fix the issue with the pool, we would be happy to book again.
