Amazing condo. Everything is just as great as you see in the photos, if not better. Roomed 8 of us comfortably. All around our stay was excellent! Beautiful condo and all details shared about the unit were spot on. Highlights for our family were the beautiful view from the balcony, the bunk nook ( the grandkids loved), the cleanliness of the unit and pool area and the beach was amazing! The nicest beach we have stayed at. We were so impressed with the communications from Carmen and her responsiveness to our questions. I would definitely stay again!!

This is my favorite place to stay!! I have already rebooked and hope to make it my family's yearly vacation home away from home. We had 7 people in our group and had plenty of room. We love to cook, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Carmen is the absolute best host; she goes above and beyond. She provides beach towels, chairs, and tents. We fly into PCB, so these are things we can not bring or that take up too much space. She offers a grocery stocking service that is worth far more than it costs. It saves so much time that can be spent at the pool or beach, not waiting for a grocery delivery, and then putting it all away. Can't wait for our next visit to the Coconut Cove!!

Great 2025 Vacation

It was one of our best vacations ever! Loved the beautiful condo. The owners renovated the whole condo. The location was perfect for an ocean and pool view. The splash pad was also right below. Our whole family enjoyed our stay! I can’t say enough good about this clean condo.

The views were amazing…loved all the windows. Beds were also super comfortable. We were so happy with the condo….clean, cute, and cozy. The family is already talking about booking next year. Carmen was so nice and easy to communicate with. The whole experience was amazing.

Better than Expected

Hi Carmen! We really couldn’t have picked a better location—it was perfect! We were close to all the amenities and race activities, and we didn’t get in the car once the entire stay. The stay was even better than expected! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carmen was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and Beautiful!!

After going to PCB and staying at EdgeWater for 36 years, this was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was gorgeous! Completely remodeled. The best stocked kitchen ever! The nicest towels and plenty of them! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with! Lots of communication and she made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect four our large family!

Seashells & Wedding Bells

We booked this condo for my daughter’s bachelorette trip! The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Our host had the condo stocked with beach towels, chairs and other supplies saving us so much room packing. It seemed that every detail was considered when preparing this space for guests. We felt so welcomed & comfortable. Our host checked in with us to make sure we were happy upon our arrival and even remembered our departure wishing us safe travels home. We will certainly be back!! 5/5 stars in every category!

Amazing Rental

We Loved This Rental. Everything was brand new. Beautifully decorated. Like a high end hotel. More than fully stocked. If you are looking for a large rental, this is it. 3 bedrooms- 3 bathrooms. Grab this rental. Close to everything. Great family getaway. Great owners. We will definitely book again. Great weekly or Snowbirds monthly. Book now. Incredible Condo for Family Vacation…

This condo at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort was incredible! The condo is updated from top to bottom. Every detail from the bedrooms, the furniture, appliances, and decor is updated. It starts with Carmen. She is so great to work with. Very attentive and easy to work with. She proactively communicated with us to make sure we had a great trip. Talk about easy button…they made sure our groceries were in the fridge when we arrived! Beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler, and beach towels make it super convenient not to have those extra items to pack for the trip.The corner room offers over 1800 sq ft and has a huge wrap around porch with a great view of the pools and beach.We will definitely be coming back again.5 star stay and 5 star service!Matt
