The pool is open April 16th through November 1st.

Our driveway is well-paved and wide, however, please approach with caution due to its very steep grade and sharp 45-degree turn. Photos included.

This house is great! Lots of space for family gatherings and conveniently located to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Love the king beds (very comfortable) and room layout/configurations. The pool was great and the views are fantastic. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family had an amazing time at your home. The views were spectacular and due to the price of the property for the week our family was able to enjoy even more down in Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge anybody looking for a place to stay in Tennessee this would be the number one place.

Our family LOVED the property. The view was absolutely beautiful. The kids loved the movie room, the pool, the game room. We loved the porch! Bedrooms were very nice and accommodating. Very spacious and great for multi family vacations. Wished we could have had more time. The bedrooms had great views as well as the bathroom, all the windows! Well stocked with linens. The driveway was very scary getting to the house. Wouldn't avoid arriving after dark.

Was very happy with the house. Everything was just like the pictures and it was very easy to get a hold of Angela. She was quick to respond and really cared about our comfort. My family truly enjoyed the stay and would go again.

Spacious but needs repairs and updates. The walls, showers and floors were dirty upon arrival. Orange and black mold present in the chalk. The pool was dirty also. Nice kitchen. Driveway is really scary. Wildlife is real. Young black bear came to the house twice. Working fans and air was nice. Plenty of towels and coffee supplies. The pool table, game room and movie room were nice additions to the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Keyless entrance worked great. Extra dumpsters needed for large group.

While the house was superficially clean, it could use a deep cleaning, and painted. There were also repairs to the home needed that would make it more appealing. Needs batteries in the smoke detectors. Also, grills probably need to come into the garage, due to bears. Any immediate concerns we had were immediately addressed, and overall good experience.

Awesome location with an outstanding view! My adult kids and grandkids had a wonderful time at this vacation house! Outdoor pool was a huge plus for us! Game room, movie theater room, plenty of places to lay your head! Enough room for everyone to have their own space and great living room/dining room/kitchen combination. Great for meals and board games! I also rented the bungalow just above the main house. Also outstanding! Grandma (me) had my own space too. Angel was amazing and very quick to respond! I would love to rent it again next year but it's already booked.....Oh, quick note, yes, the driveway is STEEP! Just be careful!

We absolutely loved the house! Beautiful property and very well maintained. Very well furnished! Just as it was listed. Awesome pool area and game room. We had lots of teens and they loved it! Very clean and roomy. We would definitely stayed there again. The driveway is very steep. Might consider some type of driveway markers to see over that hill coming down. But other than that we had an amazing experience. 5 out of 5 for sure!!

The severity of the steep driveway is not fully conveyed in the listing. One of the vehicles we had was unable to go up the driveway to leave the property. HOWEVER. the host was amazing in helping us find a solution and she responded very quickly. The property is exactly as described and has amazing views. My family and i were very comfortable.
