The overall experience was wonderful. The condo was exceptionally clean, the balcony was nice to see the view of the ocean, and it was close to everything. You will need a car or golf cart. There was parking at the condo and the host answered all my questions quickly.

5 Stars – Beautiful Condo and Exceptional Host! What a wonderful place to stay! This condo is exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean! The property is peaceful, quiet, and very secure, with excellent safety features throughout. The owners have truly thought of everything! From little extras like scented soaps, facial wipes, and paper towels to the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, no detail has been overlooked. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, air fryer, and much more.A couple of things worth mentioning for future guests: the toilets are lower than comfort-height models, and the bedroom window coverings allow some outside light in at night. Room-darkening curtains would be a nice addition for those who prefer a darker sleeping environment. These are simply personal preferences. What truly sets this rental apart is the exceptional host. When an unexpected emergency required me to extend my stay, he was incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating. His understanding and help during a stressful situation meant so much! It's rare to find a property that combines such beautiful accommodations, thoughtful amenities, spectacular views, and genuinely caring hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this condo and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The whole of Myrtle beach/ beaches were being replenished by the Army core of engineers. It only lasted for 24 hours in front of the building and moved down. Although this is out of our control I issued a $300 courtesy refund, the condo and building were in perfect working condition.

Eautiful view of the beach and ocean. However was never told that they had one of the pools under construction, so for two days they were cutting cement right in front of us. Our room was right above the pool. We had visitors for a couple hours and we had to leave our room. Very disappointing

Property was ok. This place has patios directly next to/over a public pool used by guests of the facility- so not conducive to quiet or privacy if you like to sit on the balcony. Bare minimum comforts. Owner did respond to questions. Only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, light switches and some of the put away dishes were not clean. Overall, the place was fine.

The pool time is suppose to be quiet after 10 PM, if there is any noise past that, the security on site should have been contacted.

This property is extremely dirty and dated. All the dishes/flatware are mismatched/chipped.frying pans are terribleAll food sticks. The baking sheets are dark brown due to so much grease on them. This bldg. did a whole bldg reno. The owner only chose granite countertops/new cabinets kitchen/baths and roller shades.Master " jacuzzi shower", has no grab bar,mold/filthy floor in the tub. There no way someone with mobitlity issues can get in /very old low 13"toilets. Again difficult to sit that low/get up, even with 1 grab bar. Other bath has very small shower, low toilet with no grab bars.Too many plastic dirty and dusty plants. Balcony has dirty looking metal hairs, faded peeling finish on table.Floor dirty and stained. FYI : I did inform owner I had mobility issues.Communication was a joke, 5 days out we contacted VRBO and asked for owners name and #, they informed us that owner has right to not inform you of entry procedure until 24-48 hrs before arrival!! What an EXTREMELY POOR policy. Never received departure policy at all. We only stayed as my husband had scheduled a few fishing trips, a very big deal for him!We vacation 3-4 X's a year, have NEVER STAYED in such a dirty place. We've used VRBO the last 3 or so years, have never seen these conditions and notifications as you've booked and made 1 payment. We always received ALL Pertinent details soon after. Save your money go somewhere else Many IFUL condos in this complex, unfortunately just not this one!

The entry codes given 48 hours prior to arrival so the current guests would not be disturbed. Hotels don’t give access till you arrive. The condo is very clean as reported by all the other guests. If the cleaning was not up to their satisfaction they should have brought it up We could have sent out the cleaning crew for another cleaning, no charge. The Policy, instructions, door codes and WiFi information and departure instructions was send on VRBO prior to arrival. This included the cleaning service information.
