The Space:

There are a few stairs to get to the condo, but there is a ramp as well for easy access. Private Gated pool and river for guest access, there is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk.

The Neighborhood:

Short walk to Schlitterbahn and nearby restaurants



Getting Around:

You can easily walk to some restaurants that are nearby or bring a car and travel to the heart of New Braunfels



Other Things to Note:

There are 2 parking passes hanging on the coat hanger behind the front door. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle has to be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands in the bowl as soon as you walk in the condo. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. Security comes by and checks them often. Your door code for the smart lock (black box ABOVE the door handle) was sent in a separate email. Push the Yale button to awaken the lock, put in code, then the checkmark (bottom right). To lock push the Yale button. Your code begins at 4 pm on the day of check-in and ends at 11 am the day of check-out (unless you requested early check-in or late check-out).
