We had a wonderful time at this, home. It was comfortable and was enough room for everyone. The host was very responsive. It was close to the beach and restaurants. I was grateful to be able to bring our small dog.

Communication and check in process was great. Location to Narragansett amenities was convenient, neighborhood just okay. Spacious home for family and nicely appointed however final attention to details is needed in our opinion to give 5 stars.

House was so spacious. Beautiful décor but family friendly. Great location near beaches, restaurants, kid attractions. Yard was very large. Included games and toys for all.They even left cooler and beach chairs for our use.

No outdoor shower a problem for kids returning from beach.Only 1 TV when you have kids and adults sharing a property is unacceptable.Should supply beach passes for renters.

This house was clean and newly appointed and very comfortable. It’s situated near everything you could need. Walking down to the sea wall and shopping/eating/beaching was perfect. The backyard was huge and great for hanging out for cocktails or morning coffee.We had a girls weekend with 8 woman and there was plenty of room. Our one complaint is that the listing sats the beds are queen size but most of them are really doubles so it was hard to share a room as the beds are small.The kitchen and garage has everything you could need for a perfect stress free stay! Couldn’t recommend it more.

New house in great location

My family and another family had a wonderful long weekend staying at this brand new home, which was easily big enough for the seven of us. The house is close to town where there is good shopping and restaurants and the beach. The property managers were extremely responsive and went above and beyond in contacting me about an item left behind.

Great, clean, new beach home close enough to the central Narragansett Pier area. Very close walk to boon street. However would recommend biking/e- biking to town beach as it is just a bit of a hike. Owners/ property managers very helpful... check in/ check out was a breeze!
