Extremely comfortable, beautiful refreshing pool, comfortable beds, kitchen well supplied, great TV’s and technology, with an excellent price. And Anthem is a great place to stay. Very safe and secure!

This house is beautiful and has everything and more to offer for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat. Ted was very accommodating with any questions we had and offered some great advice. The family loved the pool and hot tub, the neighborhood and close proximity to Anthem Community Park. Ted's house is beautifully decorated and has ample amenities to make your stay enjoyable and to make you feel at home! The putting green was also a big hit! We will certainly be back next year!

Great house and host

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay. Well stocked house with new appliances and much of the furniture. We worked and played…the separate office came in handy. We hiked and biked within the complex, but there is a lot of great hiking nearby. Ted, the host, was friendly and helpful. Looking to stay again next year.

Gorgeous Home and Great Area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The yard, patio and pool offered a beautiful setting for enjoying our morning coffee as well as a cocktail watching the beautiful sunset. The host was wonderful and took care of any issues we had immediately. The community is gated, has a golf course and beautiful homes which I totally enjoyed during my daily walks. I would totally recommend this property.

My Anthem home was thoughtfully designed for longer stays, whether you’re escaping colder weather for the season, working remotely, or simply looking for a peaceful desert getaway.

I love the quiet atmosphere, beautiful desert scenery, and sense of community Anthem provides, while still being conveniently close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, golf, hiking, and outdoor activities.
