Great amenities. A wonderful stay for families. Close to beaches, shopping and entertainment. The owner provided great communication, always available. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location & home

The house was as described and very nice for a family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and game room. The location was nice being close to the beach and other activities as well as being in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe for evening walks. Management was responsive for questions & check out process was easy.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat

This property is exactly how it is represented:Beautiful, quiet and serene. The house is open with plenty of room, even for a large family. Kitchen has everything you need plus a huge island. There are two primary bedrooms with luxury bathrooms. Plus, two more bedrooms with two double beds. The pool is very warm. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Very nice overall however some minor things could improve it...there was water damage in the roof at the back of the house by the pool but overall a nice place.

Exceptionally good

We were a party of five attending a trade show in the area. Spacious bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and well functioning. Living areas were spacious with modern looks and good quality materials had been used in construction, kitchen well equipped. Outdoors a gas grill next to warm swimming pool were a very nice bonus. Given the opportunity we will consider coming back!

Family vacation

We had a great time here! House was very clean and great layout for all 9 of us. Pool was heated as stated. The lounge chairs were not the ones shown in the picture though, they were not the same quality. The house was super close to the beach and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Would suggest maybe more bath and kitchen towels as well. All in all had a fun vacation here and would definitely come back.

Many times listings are not what they seem or may be in a bad neighborhood but not this residence. Very large, clean and we'll maintained. We had no issues during our stay and the hosts even let us have oxygen delivered a day early for our elderly mother. Thanks Hollywood Vacation Rentals!

Great property

The property was great! Amenities top notch.we loved that it was all one level. The pool was fantastic and warm. The management was EXTREMELY responsive. Very close to Hollywood Beach with reasonable parking, and a state park. Close to many grocery stores and golf courses. We went to the horse track, very fun. We were a family of 7 adults who love to cook. The only drawback is the kitchen does not have everything a cook needs, it we worked it out. Enjoy!

Perfect home and host

We came to Florida for my daughter's national gymnastics competition and chose this home for a couple of reasons: quiet and nice location, large enough for our group of 10, pool, and the price was incredibly reasonable for our week long stay. This host went above and beyond for us! They had a crib and highchair for my infant, without me asking if one would be provided. I was stressing about how to rent them and they had it covered. The neighborhood was so cute. It felt safe too, which was really important to me cause of the kids. Location was perfect: 7 mins to the beautiful and not crowded Hollywood Beach, 15 mins to the airport, 27 mins to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The house was so spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool, grilling, and in the game room.
The grill was a great addition to the home for dinner options.

Your home was perfect and amazing, comfortable close to grocery store and food not bad too south beach I really enjoyed myself! Thank you so much! I really appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home I certainly will be looking to book again in the future I hope I left your home in a easy maintenance! Pretty good

The house looks like the pictures . Very roomy for a group of 8. There were some issues that were taken care of quickly. The house does smell of stale cigarettes especially in master bathroom. Has that party house smell . Mold in 2 bathrooms. one towel , washcloth and hand and pool towel per person. So you will do laundry often for clean towels. Back patio needs roof repair it leaks onto everything. The pool is roughl on feet bring swim shoes .

Just to clarify, our manager visited the day after the flood to check on you and see how you were doing. He offered help with anything you needed, and none of these issues were raised to him at that time. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns you had during your stay, including providing more towels or addressing any odor issues, which we could not verify before and after your stay. Our properties are strictly non-smoking, and we have smoke alerts and rigorous cleaning protocols in place to ensure a fresh and clean environment for all guests. Additionally, we experienced an unforeseen flooding and heavy rain event during your stay, which was an exceptional circumstance not encountered in a lifetime. This caused some leaking, and we are taking steps to prevent such issues in the future. Moreover, mentioning that the property has a “party house” smell is untrue and unfair. Not only do we not allow parties, but we also do not host any guests who have intentions of having parties, as it is explicitly prohibited and listed in our rental agreement that you signed.
