Inside, enjoy a warm, cozy mountain-cabin feel paired with modern furnishings and amenities. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals. After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV.
Both bedrooms are spacious and inviting, offering the ideal place to unwind. The bathrooms are tastefully updated—one with a step-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo to suit all guest needs.

All Snowberry guests enjoy access to the Columbine Pool & Clubhouse, open year-round (closed for routine maintenance in May and October). Amenities include:

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM in accordance with local community rules.
Please keep voices and music low, especially when returning late or using outdoor areas.

Max 1 vehicle per unit.
Parking pass (provided) must be displayed at all times.
No street parking or overflow lots available.
Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed by the HOA.
🔥 Safety
No outdoor fires of any kind—this includes portable fire pits.
Fireplace is gas—please operate carefully and never leave it unattended.
No candles or open flames.
🌲 Wildlife
Moose, fox, deer, and bears frequent the area.
Do not approach or feed wildlife.
Keep doors closed and food securely stored at all times.
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
This is a self-catering property. Starter supplies are provided, but guests may need more for longer stays.
Please do not move large furniture.
Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes or hygiene products.
Shared laundry is available in the entryway—please be respectful of timing/noise.

Access to Columbine Pool & Clubhouse is included.
Facilities may close for maintenance during May & October.
Please rinse off before using hot tubs.

Awesome apartment with excellent location
We’ve been to Breckenridge many times and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The apartment is in really good condition, has everything you need for an extended stay. Location is hard to beat with the lifts, ski school and town, all a short walking distance. Covered parking is a nice extra. Host is very attentive and quick to respond. Would stay there again for sure.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visited in the summer and we were able to walk to town easily from the condo. The condo was well equipped with all of the basic necessities. If you stay in the summer, don't worry about no A/C, as the weather is cool! We loved the community pool and hot tubs as well!
