The space
Overlooking the blue waters of the Sea of Cortés shoreline, make your vacation into our two en suite bedroom condo with an open living area, beautiful balcony and 2 large bathrooms ensuring privacy and space are in perfect balance. Montemar features a large central pool with hot tub overlooking Cabo San Lucas and all amenities are within easy reach.
Enjoy your breakfast with a gorgeous ocean view from the spacious balcony and you will have the most beautiful the sunsets enjoying the cocktails by the pool. This is the perfect place for you!

Other things to note
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

DECORATION:
We know that there are special celebrations and you want to decorate the walls, please make sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the decoration before your departure without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall it will have a cost of 100 USD per wall.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
