Accommodations were perfect. Very roomy fully stocked with and perfect location. One block from the beach, couple blocks from the marina and Walmart and a couple blocks from great restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

What a great and unique property. Definitely consider this a condo in the right place. It’s in between all the resorts and a short distance to the beach.

Nice place near the beach
It was our first time to Cabo and we had a great time. The condo was very nice, modern and clean with easy access to the beach. Laura was a great host, always answering any questions we may have had.
We would go back there someday.

Cabo stay
Everything was provided including umbrella, folding chair & beach towels. Very short walk to beach maybe 4 min. Communication with manager was excellent.

Cabos sensational. Condo is equipped just right and these are luxury accommodations.
Nick and the condo staff were great!! The location is unbeatable. We had a minor hiccup and Nick and the staff were immediately on it, luckily it did not slow us down. We highly recommend this condo, it is very well kept.

The perfect vacation condominium
This is the perfect vacation condominium. It has everything we needed; located within a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go (beach, grocery store, restaurants, and marina). The second bedroom is a bit noisy at night.
We will be coming back!

Thanks Yuri. Glad you enjoyed the place. Sorry about the back bedroom noise. Unfortunately, where the building is located it will have some noise as it’s in between the Marina and Medano Beach. Maybe an Alexa that plays soothing sounds will help muffle the noise. Stay tuned for further reviews. Thanks again.

Enjoyed the house
The house was great and just a few minutes away from Medano beach. It had all the amenities that one would need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Nick was great, he met us and checked us in and was always available over text or to meet in person to answer any questions that we might possibly have! We would definitely recommend this place.

Great Location
This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was close to the beach and all of the clubs and nightlife. It was also close to shopping and the new Walmart in apartment was very clean and we have no problems during our stay. There is an amazing little Mexican restaurant across the street. The breakfast is fantastic and we ate there every morning at night. The small restaurant it was packed and was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location
Property a short walk down the hill to the Marina. Condo is just as advertised. Front bedroom a little noisy at night with traffic but you'll adjust.

Thanks Mark. Unfortunately, do to the location and proximity to everything in Cabo it can be a bit noisy in the front bedroom. I would suggest playing ocean or storm sounds on a Bluetooth speaker. It really draws out the people and cars. Thanks again Mark

Exceded expectations
From the time we made the reservation, the experience was great, Laura is very kind, excellent host, by promptly responding to any questions we asked, anticipating all our needs.
The apartment has everything listed on the amenities is accurate and enough to have a pleasant vacation.
If we come back to Los Cabos, will definitely contact Laura.
