The Space:
Step into Unit One of the Wynwood Artful Escape, where every corner unfolds like a canvas of vibrant creativity. Immerse yourself in the allure of this 1,100 square foot urban art haven, adorned with murals that breathe life into the space.

PARKING

All parking for this property is parallel street parking. There are 3 free spots directly in front of the properly along the gray-colored gate, but keep in mind that they are shared with guests who are staying in Unit 2 of the building. Any additional parking spots are also parallel street parking spots lined up along NW 6th Ave. Please pay attention to the parking signs on the street to understand the rules and avoid being ticketed. There are a couple free spots along NW 6th Ave., directly south of our property next to the white industrial building, but the majority of spots are paid spots and must be funded by downloading the "Pay by Phone" app. Please note there aren't any parking meters, and parking can only be paid for via the app.


LIVINGROOM

Best of all, it's all on the house, our way of making your stay a little cozier. Enjoy your coffee moment in our kitchen.

Immerse yourself in the nostalgia of vintage games such as Fast and Furious, Marvel Vs. Capcom and Pacman, as you challenge friends and family to a friendly bout. Don't forget to also enjoy an intellectual match of chess with our unique, magnetic wall chess board. We also have a comfortable bench, if you simply wish to hang out and spectate.

BEDROOMS

Our Artful Escape is equipped with 3 decent-sized bedrooms, each uniquely adorned with art for a vibrant touch. Sleep soundly on full-sized beds in modern, comfortable spaces. Closets come complete with laundry baskets, irons, and ironing boards for added convenience. Extra sheets and pillows ensure your stay is effortlessly comfortable. Welcome to a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and artistic flair!

BATHROOMS

Our Artful Escape has 2 modern and comfortably equipped bathrooms that are conveniently located. Each bathroom features a sleek shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even Q-tips for your convenience. Towels, including makeup, hand, face, and shower towels, are readily available. A hairdryer and cleaning products are at your disposal for added convenience. Both bathrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a relaxing and worry-free stay. Your comfort is always our priority.

LOUNGE AREA

Step into our vibrant lounge room, an eclectic haven bursting with energy and rare art pieces that ignite the spirit of creativity. Guest Access:
Unit One provides a private entrance within the duplex. Guests have exclusive access to all amenities inside, and shared access to the hot tub and the outdoor seating area in front of the building.
