The first floor features an inviting open-concept layout that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas, adorned with rustic country-style furnishings. A brown leather couch, a matching armchair, and three tropical accent chairs face a large flatscreen TV, creating a cozy gathering space. The dining area features a molasses-toned hardwood table with six colorful spindle-backed chairs, adjacent to a quartz-topped bar with saddle stools for additional seating. The kitchen is equipped with custom glass-front cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up family meals.
